  1. This is a false narrative that continues to be spread as if it is fact. Look it up. Brady has been the beneficiary of a ridiculously low number of roughing the passer calls over the past few seasons.
  2. Don't bring us down, man...can we at least get through this season?
  3. Ironic to hear McKenzie leading the pregame WR pep talk.
  4. LOL -- revenge for what? We drafted him high, paid him, and then traded him to a playoff team!
  5. I'm not sure whether anyone else has already answered this, but the GB game is already on SNF. I don't think the 13-1 Bills vs. the 3-11 Dolphins has that kind of appeal.
  6. It is always a complementary relationship between the DL and the secondary. There is no question that the pressure Buffalo is able to get with their front four helps the secondary because the QB has less time to make decisions and the receivers have less time to gain separation.
  7. The Bills are also 6th in special teams DVOA. Certain fans on this site: "I'll believe it when I see it."
  8. Perhaps Tenuta will develop, but by gawd he was awful in the preseason.
  9. Yeah, let's pump the brakes a bit on the Jets. Nice early season story. The defense is playing the way Saleh wants, but we know what Josh did to Saleh's defense in SF. Their offense is definitely a WIP -- it's basically run the ball and don't eff it up. That won't get it done against teams who can actually score. The Browns inexplicably gave them a W. The Fish played their Super Bowl in W3 and are done. The Packers gifted them a TD and allowed a big run. I'm not saying they aren't playing hard, and they have a lot of good, young draft picks -- but they aren't winning 12 games. The Jets are at Denver next week and that's pretty much a must-win for the Broncos, who DO have a great defense. Then they play the Pats*** twice in three games, with the Bills in-between. Come back to me with their record after the next four. I'm calling 6-4 at best.
  10. Two words: HALFTIME ADJUSTMENTS This is the most dramatic difference I have noticed in this year's team -- both offensively and defensively -- as compared to the previous few seasons.
  11. Romo said it several times during the game that the Bills' 8-man DL rotation is superb. Lawson is a huge part of that. Beane knocked it out of the park with the way he addressed the DL in the offseason, with the crowning jewel, of course, being Von. It's just a shame he couldn't do something about the outside WR depth.
  12. Ahh, I finally understand! 🤣
  13. But weather conditions for both teams during a competitive sporting event should be.
  14. Yeah, but this one was definitely turning point 3(a).
  15. @Jukester, I agree with you. Every Bills fan with any sense of game flow looked at that drive start and feared that the score might soon be 21-3 -- a punt, KC TD, then KC TD after the half. It was game-changing, even with KC's subsequent long FG.
  16. Guys, let's face it. We are only one blown 45-yard coverage with our backup safeties away from being 6-0. They're good. Damn good. Probably great, and perhaps historic.
  17. Thank you for the requisite "Remember the Jags!!!" kick in the shorts we all need...
  18. Extremely unlikely. As well as they've started out I don't hear anyone talking about Philly as being "dominant" or one of the greatest teams of all time. If the Bills had pulled out the W in Miami it would absolutely be a conversation about Buffalo, but they didn't. I think Philly winds up at around 13-4, perhaps 14-3. No better.
  19. That was five times larger than the Rams' Super Bowl parade.
  20. Li'l Dirty cost the Bills at least 10 points in the first half. Not looking at Josh when he's a lateral option was mental error #1. Tripping over his own feet on the 4th down pass was mental error #2. The third first half error didn't wind up costing them (the wide open drop on a play that might have gone 50+ yards), but it showed a lack of focus. I don't know what they'll do going forward, but that film review isn't going to be pretty. In fairness to McKenzie, he has a very recent history of turning an embarrassing gaffe and subsequent benching into a refocused effort. We'll see what happens.
  21. Happy GameDay! Gonna be a long 9 hours between now and kickoff. Playing golf at 9:18 so that will at least eat up 4+ of it. Let’s Go Buffalo! 19 and 1, BABY!!!!
  22. Fair point. I think she wants to say the final score will be 27.3 - 22.8. It’s funny.
