  1. At the end of the day, Josh will be judged by his performance on the field like all his predecessors. And our Josh is doing just fine on that front as he continues to improve and win games for his team
  2. Yeah I don;'t like them too...I have to wake up at 2:30 AM to watch it live. I don't mind sleeping late for the 1 PM game.
  3. Where is the QB coach in all these ?
  4. 5. You win three at home and you get to 10 wins.. If you can ***** a road win against Patriots, Steelers or Cowboys, then the team will go with confidence into the playoffs. It is a bummer that we will not win the AFC East and get a home game.
  6. I think Tomlin is a tired man He has been coaching this since 2005 and it is a trying season....Also why wouldn;t you be upset when the Browns went head hunting against so many players in that game.
  7. this ! Designed runs are only for when we need an inch to get a 1st down
  8. The word *great* is used too loosely around here
  9. And play Singletary like Thurman Thomas. It will do wonders to the QB
  10. People keep giving this freebie to Oakland. Oakland plays 4 of the last six ON THE ROAD. Those are not easy wins. The same goes for Pittsburgh. Both have a pretty hard road to the playoffs.
  11. May be he is worried about getting juked? Not playing "Fearless"
  12. Yeah. We still need a starting power RB, a starting CB, 3rd WR who can stretch the field, two on the OL, two on the DL and rushing LB (due to Alexander retiring after this season)...May be a kicker too
  13. Sometimes a great player is not the best to identify talent; because they expect everyone to be at their level in their playing time. Good examples are Elway and Jordan.
  14. May be the credit goes to Bellichek who continues to harass young QBs.
  15. and 4 of their last 6 is on the road.
  16. Because they are a good team and can overcome mistakes against bad teams..
  17. This. I think Kroft needs to be involved more in the game plan. Having 1-2 targets for him is not very positive. Having Brown, Beasley, Knox and Kroft on the field along with Singletary can do a whole lot of good for this offense. This way they can also keep DeMarco off the field.
  18. Grant had tremendous speed. Rather than criticizing our ST, I think we should appreciate what this guy can do.
  19. The ST has been rather poor this season and could hurt us down the road like it did against New England. We have had critical missed FG, muffed Punt returned for TD, KR for TD, KR for big gains, poor punts (there was one even yesterday for 30 yards)...We got lucky yesterday because the Dolphins don't have the talent to take advantage of these poor plays. The Bills definitely need better coaching as we get closer to the playoffs.
  20. Agreed. He threw away the ball at least 3 times when under pressure rather than play Hero Ball. He does need a North South Power Rusher to control the game clock.
  21. and that is what I don't want to have Allen become. I prefer Allen to be more like Big Ben...Be the game manager and don't give the game away. The Bills should be looking for a North South runner in next years draft. I think they missed a great opportunity in not going after Drake or Carlos Hyde.
  22. I think the OP's question is "Why it is a standard practice"....I agree with him that given that Singletary was playing much better than Gore, it would have been prudent to have him on the field
  23. He did make the play on the 4th down at the 1 yard line by bringing down Fitz
  24. Actually Oakland and Pittsburgh have to play 4 of their six games ON THE ROAD. Oakland plays 4 of the remaining six on the Road: at Jets (3-7), at Chiefs (6-4), vs. Titans (5-5), vs. Jaguars (4-6), at Chargers (4-6), at Broncos (3-7) With a lot of AFC West Divisional games which are not gimmies. Other than the Jets game, I don't see any easy games. Pittsburgh does have an easier schedule, but have injuries all around them. at Bengals (0-10), vs. Browns (4-6), at Cardinals (3-7-1), vs. Bills (7-3), at Jets (3-7), at Ravens (8-2) injuries Pittsburgh will find it it difficult to beat the Browns and Ravens (Unless Ravens have the 1st round bye and Home Field wrapped up before that game). I think the TItans are going to be the team to watch.
