Did your new squeeze insist on bringing her 2 kids to Date Night featuring Chilis?

I have had great success making this dough recipe but it does take some kneading and I've found the order of operations in mixing affects the final product (although it was probably just dead yeast, temp, humidity). https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/master-dough-with-starter-51255340 The finished product has been amazing. The few disasters have been: old yeast AND stretching/launching cold dough. Now if in doubt I check dough temp with an instant read thermometer.

Anyone ever made no-knead pizza dough? I am going to make some tonight and give it a 48-72 hour cold ferment for pies this weekend. https://food52.com/recipes/16641-jim-lahey-s-no-knead-pizza-dough-margherita-pie Anyone got a recipe for Bocce/La Nova style pizza sauce?

WNY and the love of Blue Collar and Labbats Blue

Anyone else kinda burnt out on craft beer and cocktails? I think I've had just about every craft, local, small batch, artisanal, cruelty free, organic, free range, fair trade beer and liquor out there. The market is beyond saturated. I hate to break it to you, but most local breweries and distilleries are garbage. They do well because they're local and people don't know what quality looks like. Now the better craft brews from other parts of the country which used to be readily available on tap at my go to spots have been muscled out by local mediocrity. And its 105 degrees outside. I'll take a bucket of them beers with the blue mountains on the can or a zima. -

People tend to have pride in where they're from especially when the rest of the country uses Buffalo as the butt end of cheap jokes and Buffalo is a city which was built on blue collar jobs. Labatt's main distribution and production is in Buffalo and Genny is made an hour down I-90 in Rochester. People like cheap beer. People like local. Is this really a mystery? -
When did Don Beebe become a Bills legend???
Jauronimo replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Beebe was the only member of the 4 times Super Bowl losing Bills to be awarded a ceremonial Super Bowl ring for his indomitable heart and non-stop effort. That, my friends, is the definition of legend. -
Tipster aint into participating in any of the dozen other threads on this topic. Tipster only posts in Tipster created threads. Typically only once at that. I'd guess 80% of his posts are OPs.

Simple things that tend to confuse you...

T That's the home version of the age old chicken, hen, and rooster question. We all know the the hen goes with the rooster so who is having sex with the chicken?!?!? -
I would argue the standards at our higher education institutes deteriorated a long time ago based on the fact that none of you seemed to have read or article.

I expect a similar trend to late 2017 with a all time high set in Q4 of 2019 followed by a healthy correction. The only question is, where to take profits.

Would Bills Fans Cheer an Injured Opponent?
Jauronimo replied to judman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would also possibly never cheer for an injury with some exceptions either. Ever. -
They're great for picking up dudes at highway rest stops.

I don't think I've ever shared this story on TBD. @Gugny is the only person here that knows, but I think its particularly relevant to this thread so here it goes... When I was 7 years old my whole immediate family, mother, father, sister all died in a freak accident at the fair. I was spared because I was too scared to go on the tea cups and refused to get on the ride. After the funeral I was sent to go live with my grandparents. I was consumed with guilt and extremely sad. My grandfather sat me down and shared a short story with me from the old country. He didn't say which old country, but it stuck with me. It was a story about a young boy whose whole family died in a freak accident at the carnival. His dad, his mom, his three brothers and his little puppy. The boy, stricken with grief and sadness started to weep upon seeing the carnage. The townspeople saw the young boy standing there, crying over his dead family. They held him down and sewed a scarlet "P" into his forehead. He was banished to live on the outskirts of town and whenever he would come into the village to scavenge food scraps or beg, the townspeople would kick him and spit upon his face until the day he died friendless, alone, and scared. The story was called "The Sad Little Pu$$y Boy Who Cried".

The very next segment the same panel watched replays of achilles injuries and laughed hysterically so I'll take their commentary with a full boat of gravy.
