  1. I'm on the Creed Humphrey bandwagon as well. Morse is a heck of a player, but you can't have faith in him making it through a full season. Five documented concussions at interior linemen is just plain scary to be honest. I'm of the opinion that stability at C is just as (if not more) important as LT for a QB, and I wouldn't be surprised if Beane tries to get Allen his Kent Hull to play with for the next decade.
  2. Just like to say kudos to Hammer before this thread gets locked.
  3. Been saying this for over a decade and yes, a great argument for not drafting a RB high is history. That article doesn't touch enough on the finances either. Any RB drafted in the 1st round now gets the standard boilerplate contract, which basically forces them to hold out after year 3 for a long term deal on their 2nd contract, which rarely pan out even for the best RB's in the league. I think the desire to draft a RB high comes from fantasy football, where that seems to be the key to success. But it doesn't work in real life. You want to improve your running game? Draft some road grading lineman. Your QB will thank you too.
  4. I hear this parroted quite a bit. How many extra Winter events do you think a dome will bring that can't already be held in the 19,000 seat Key Bank Arena? What are these 30-40 Winter happenings? A major concert, a boat show, a monster truck rally, hmm maybe that's even too much. They certainly aren't going to heat an entire stadium in the middle of a Buffalo February for a wedding. A think a lot of the public believes in the "build it and they will come" adage, but I think the reality is that it's going to be unused 90% of the year dome or not.
  5. "We welcome this long overdue development" I love how these lawyers try to spin everything as a positive for their side. Yes! We were praying for a criminal investigation!
  6. I feel very comfortable with my prediction that we will not take anyone from San Diego State at #30.
  7. Nah, it's still more interesting than the mock draft threads.
  8. After watching the Bills flounder around for 20 years after Kelly's retirement, this should be an easy answer.
  9. Yeah this is some clickbait site. This was one for the Browns
  10. I have to agree with this. It's required for at least 2 people in the room to mention how great Romo is for some reason. And this is before the game starts.
  11. Do you even understand what the term "all-in" means? You clearly don't. This team isn't going to sacrifice future seasons because a portion of the fan base is impatient. We don't have a HOF QB with 1 year left before he retires. There was nothing lucky about Manning or Elway winning Super Bowls. Our window to win is the next dozen years.
  12. This TBH. A 1 year rental with more upside than Yeldon. If he can stay healthy and contribute he can stick around longer.
  13. If Terry announces that his wife will be more involved with football operations, then you can panic.
  14. ^^ Everyone should read this. Also, it is possible that these women are telling the truth and this Buzbee lawyer is a huge money-grubbing scumbag. They're not mutually exclusive.
  15. 22? Was this guy getting a massage after every meal?
  16. Not true, the lawyer reaps tons of free publicity. Posting it 4 times on the same page would really help.
  17. No because he's terrible and there's a lot more to the position than just having speed. Who the hell is Tyrone HIll?
  18. With this contract Fitz has now made over $81M playing football. And he's not done yet.
  19. Wrong. You've wasted a lot of keystrokes here, but it is that time of year.
  20. It's the right move with that cap number. Burners don't age gracefully, and his injury history isn't likely to improve at 31. He had a great 2019.
