  1. My head is spinning. Can't keep this **** straight. I'm voluntarily entering the "TBD Playoff Calculation Concussion Protocol."
  2. Enter Rex (stage right)...."Hey Darrelle...wanna play safety?"
  3. I sit on a 5 board bench in my cabin while I shuck corn and stoke the fire. #danteprivilege

  5. LOL. Gold. Can this be sent to mrags?
  6. What exactly does this mean? The WR who has been stuck on the PS now has a chance to play with the big boys so he better perform?? Has he told this to Migraine Man, Glasswin and others? I can see it now...Tyrod throws two passes to Dez (both passes 7 feet over the WR's head) and Rex's post game comments will be "Ya know, we gave him a chance to perform but he just isn't ready to be a part of the roster...blah, blah, blah"
  7. The last time someone said "we'll run against this team at will...they have the second worst run defense in the league" we got smoked by the Fish. Hoping the team doesn't take the Raiders' Defense lightly. Their pass rush is above average which equates to Tyrod having happy feet. Bills 7, Raiders 3
  8. This. Howard - with all due respect, we're not all smart asses on this board. And don't pay attention to "Spagnulo"...he's a disgruntled Jets fan. Try to get your wife a gift card to Lane Bryant. It's an upscale store.
  9. Are you wearing a safety pin by chance?
  10. There was another college QB who was drafted as a QB but was told he would make a better TE. Perhaps we learned our lesson when we neglected to sign him as a TE then...this is a makeup for their past oversight.
  11. Howard - ya gotta ease up on the caps buddy. Captain Checkdown was the nickname for Trent Edwards. Tyrod has a tendency to checkdown quite a bit to his RB or TE so that's where the thread title came from.
  12. This is a statement that pops up time after time on this board...I'm guilty of saying the same thing. Whether we win or lose...Tyrod typically plays poorly for 1/2 to 3/4 of the game and throws a few "bombs" or broken plays which gives us a false sense of security. It's the traditional 10-20 yd timing routes that we don't see a lot of that has me concerned.
  13. Great use of challenge flag on the first down pass to Robinson. That was a pivotal 3rd and long and we needed to have that one come back. There wasn't much time to throw it. Rex done good. (No comment on the first challenge flag... )
  14. This...in a nutshell. I love his ability to scamper and score points on his own, but better defenses will be able to catch him (we saw a glimpse of that yesterday with fast LB's). He needs to improve on the "traditional pocket passer" model which means he has to throw to a spot, trust that his receiver will be there, throw downfield for flags (he did that yesterday to Sammy and it worked) and improve accuracy (miss on O'Leary throw and checkdown to Clay). I like Tyrod as a person (hard worker, humble, quiet leader) but need to see much more development as a passing QB.
  15. Raiders won Miami won Ravens won Stellers won
  16. Raiders win....ugh
  17. Agreed. I counted TT's seconds in the pocket...at one point it was 6 seconds (no lie)....and he scrambled for a gain of 3.
  18. Agreed again. Guys say "Why are you here?" and it's because I love the team but get so !@#$ing pissed off at lost opportunities.
  19. Agreed on all points. You can still be a fan of the Bills and want something better than TT.
