Hmmmm, it's been about 5 weeks since we started this thread. It's interesting to see how some posters opinions have changed about Dareus (and Sammy alike). This Monday is another instance of no Sammy and no Dareus. I'm wondering if either of these guys are essential to future success and team chemistry.

The comparison originally made is between JJ as GM and Whaley as GM. I understand your position (ie. JJ isn't the only guy selecting players) but as GM, JJ is the winner it appears. Looks like Crippled Creek was saying this as well. And let me make one thing clear...I like Whaley a whole lot. I want him to stay on. But Jones has received criticism from this board and it appears he is doing a pretty good job given the team he assembled.

Good analysis. I see you follow the Cowboys. Your comments about the "offensive system" are spot on. (I edited my original post to remove my criticism of Shaq - although we were all told Shaq would play "off the bus". Jerry knew Jaylon was out for the year.)
