  1. I am a firm believer in "you learn from your mistakes". ALynn and Rex knew this a few weeks ago. They will return to the simplified scheme, play sound football philosophy.
  2. I don't either so stop with the superiority complex you fool.
  3. Be careful...PatsFanNH might interpret this post as smack talk. Oh...and he'll say your analysis is baseless and lacks ingenuity to account for the "Ken doll" at QB. You should show more respect to him because he has been a Pats fan for 16 years.
  4. Your schtick is old. The "arrogant, holier than thou, Goodell hates us because we cheat, our coach is smarter than your coach" attitude plays well for a few weeks. And when we beat the Pats with their thrid stringer at QB we were told "well it wasn't Brady". I assume the humble, well mannered and reasonabled Pats fan base will say "hey we won but you guys didn't have Watkins, Shady, Woods, Dareus, Goodwin etc"?? Right?? Yeah sure. You'll gloat but the standard of gamesmanship doesn't apply to your fans. The arrogance of the Pats fan base is the number one clue that Patriot Nation will suckle at the teat of Rob Ryan's manboob come 4pm on Sunday.
  5. For all you guys saying we'll lose because we shut them out in their own stadium I say "Phooey!!!". That is a complete joke of an argument. If it was true (that Bill Bellichick actually gives a locker room speech about revenge, payback, etc.) then you believe what someone "says" can effect the outcome of a game. I have been told by countless posters for the last year that what Rex says any given week has no effect on the outcome. In this case, Rex is humbled and hasn't said boo all year. He will monitor the media outlets and experts and instill confidence in his band of brothers. These guys are gonna ball this Sunday and I can't wait to see it. This is shaping up to be a perfect letdown game for Brady and company. I've seen Aaron Rodgers and his team lose to the Bills at the The Cap...this is Brady's turn.
  6. Well we do have other linebackers and safeties. Is Benett your best player? I thought Gronk was?
  7. See #5 above. Any given Sunday. Rex's locker room talks this week will concentrate on "next man up" and "we are being underestimated again". The whole "No respect" thing works and helps the Bills play inspired football. You won't hear any bragging from the coaches or players this week. The Miami game hurt them physically and they took it personal. The real bullies will play this Sunday. Yes...borrowing a play from BB's coaching textbook...take their best player and make him a nonfactor. A healthy Gronk has not played against a healthy Z Brown
  8. The reason I didn't mention Gronk or Bennett is because they will be non-factors.
  9. That loss to Miami really boiled my blood. I think ALynn tried to out maneuver the Fish by attempting a passing attack rather than sticking to our bread and butter (run and stop the run). That's why this Sunday we will beat the Patriots by 10 points....as follows: 1) Run and stop the run: Our O Line is relatively healthy. They have been solid all year (mostly). They felt embarrassed by the Miami game. The O Line will get together and assure this does not happen again (especially at home). We have a healthy Gilislee and J Williams. TD Mike can score on long runs up the middle. 1b) Stop the Run - Rex will look to stop the run first. Blount and White will have to be contained by our LB's. If the Miami game has a silver lining it is this: You have to stop the run first and foremost. Rex took a 200 yd rusher against his D personally...as he should. This won't happen to the Bills D this week. 2) Pressure on Brady - Shaq Lawson popped his cherry. Lorax and Brown are playing lights out. KW and Washington are also healthy. KW will inspire the troops. Dareus may play. 3) Our CB's played their second worse game of the year (after Jets). Ed Reed and Rob Ryan will have a gameplan for our secondary that will limit Brady while he feels pressure. TWO INTS. this game. 4) Special Teams - our punting game and kicking unit are playing well. Edelman has slippery fingers as a return man. We are gonna hit NE hard. 5) The X Factor: Patriots have won games they shouldn't have won this year (without Brady) and are due for a loss they should win. The entire National Media will be singing the praises of T Brady all week...until after the game when the Bills walk away with the win. 6) Tyrod - ALynn will call a manageable game for TT. Passes to the TE's Clay and O'Leary, Hunter for red zone calls and designed runs for TT. He will return to normal form. 7) The Bills are Home team dogs by 6 pts. 'Nuff said. Go Bills!!!
  10. Thanks guys...had a great day with the family yesterday...then the Bills lost. *smh*
  11. Frank Lewis is drawing Social Security but, hell...call him.
  12. Welcome to the party. This discussion has been going on for three to four weeks. Selfish prick.
  13. ....and has 4th string WR's on the field because "tender foot" can't play.
  14. Bad flight. Warm cocktails on plane. Guys decide to play Risk all night. Dareus takes over Siberia and Tyrod gets upset. Goes to bed at 4am. Bad breakfast at the hotel because the "do it yourself" waffle iron is out of order. Richie is upset and calls management. There's a scuffle. Team is late to the field. Shaq slips on a puddle of orange juice. Not a good day. Fish 31 Bills 10
  15. Pretty sure there's a waiting period of three weeks before that decision has to be made.
  16. I know the exemption had to do with the population and demographics of Buffalo vs. other big cities. I recall news stories about how he was trying to decide if he would sell the Sabres at the time and Jacobs was a suitor for buying the Sabres (once again, because his ownership of the Bruins fell outside the population and demographics exemption)
  17. Jacobs doesn't own the Patriots...Bob Kraft does.
  18. I think you were right the first time. It's an anti trust issue (federal regulation) that has trickled down into the NFL By Laws as I recall.
  19. Jacobs couldn't buy the Bills because he didn't have the backing of the City of Hamilton, ONT. Once Pegula made his pitch to Hamilton, the league approved T Pegs offer. A backroom deal was made that permitted his ownership of both the Sabres and Bills even though they are within a 200 mile radius of Toronto.
  20. ..and the water boy in the red shirt. Shoot...everyone is healthy.
  21. So is Felton it appears.
  22. Seriously...if we have a surplus in one game, put them in a lockbox.
