    May attitude has been that you always go into a game to win. The franchise has had enough losing over the decades as it is. Moreover, to build a "culture" of winning, by having an attitude that you're going to win is part of all that. Getting all involved in that Harry High school horsedoo about draft position next spring and this vs that is a waste of time!

    bills, I think those are some of the "rookie things" Josh has to work on. With more reps, those are some of the things he'll get better at.

    The kid's got the heart of a lion. I loved it when the camera showed him over on the sidelines firing up the offense. With more reps, the kid's going to be fine.

    Will be on ESPN2 after the Bills game. RedBlacks vs the Stamps. Anybody watching? Got any favorites? I'm going with the RedBlacks simply because they're in the East Division. Hope it's a good game. But prior to that, Go Bills.

    I'm an incurable Bills fan. Yeh, I'm nervously excited about tomorrow's game. Even when they stink, I still think, right before the game, they're going to pull it off. Been that way since 1960. With tomorrow's match up, they have a real good shot at winning this one. Especially at home. Go Bills.

    Instability at the coaching position is a recipe for failure. Corta765 excellently gave a run down on that, but it has happened to other franchises as well. JMHO
