One adjustment - if a TD is scored on the first possession then the other team needs to score a TD and is mandated to attempt a 2 point conversion. Stops the cycle of ties.

Agree - I know it is a hard concept for some that players can improve. A move would cost more with little, if any, productivity improvement.

Draft grades, good or bad, always bother me. A pundit creates a grade based on what they think should have happened. They can never be wrong, it is the team picking that is wrong. Not many places in the world you can pimp out your opinion and then judge the actions of others on that opinion. By the time the facts actually prove them right or wrong, that is history to be ignored.
