I believe it's more Whaley than Marrone , just have & always will think it was a homer hire unless & i hope he does prove me terribly wrong in my judgement of him ... And to add i think the EJ pick was more Buddy & Marrone than Whaley . Just saying ...

Why sign 2 other kickers after wasting a draft pick on 1 last year only to cut him ?????? Letting Cohen go HUH ??? Those things don't spell it's all about winning !! And the Graham pick should have never happened in the first place with the players that were there at our pick another head scratcher ??

If nothing else bring him in & stash him on the practice squad , he definitely has more to offer than any of the QB's we had . But that would make to much sense at the most important position on a NFL team & our past we don't make those kind of good decisions ...

Okay we all know that when it comes to choosing QB's it seems as though the Bills have a hard time with that position , but now it is bleeding over into other areas besides the offense of the team . They HAD a guy that was making plays every time he stepped on the field through out training camp but decide to cut him that guy being Landon Cohen . But they go out & sign not 1 but 2 kickers using that roster spot on a maybe instead of keeping a very productive player for defensive depth that to me is confusing . I saw Morman this year at St. John Fisher & he was booming some kicks yet after BLOWING another draft pick on a college kicker last year that led the NCAA in scoring (i believe if i remember correctly) let him go then sign 2 others I know i'm not a "Football Expert" but this kind of decision making then add in the QB decisions like the T Jack trade (blown draft pick)t then to resign him just to cut him , the trade for Thad we can no longer ask why do we not get the respect we deserve because we are getting what we deserve !!! You sure don't see the Pats , Saints, Broncos, 49er's, or Sea Hawks making those kind of decisions do you ? Don't get me wrong i am a life long Bills fan & want to see them succeed as we all do but this kind of decision making has to quit before we can go any where . Pollian didn't do these kind of things ...

The Graham pick should have never happened ! Didn't see that one coming at all & wasn't that the year that R. Wilson was sitting there now there's some great minds at work if it was !!

If the Jets cut Boyd & we don't pick him up to store him on the practice squad this team will prove just how stu[id it really is when it comes to picking a QB !! I don't know . I want to give EJ every possible chance to prove that he is our guy because he is a great guy . But every time he hits the field he really shows us nothing !! So i think as previous regimes have done in B/Lo Marrone will die by the OC/QB & go back to prove that he can bring another losing college squad back to .500 status .. YAY !! GO DOUG !!

From what is being written the Bills are looking to trade Urbik & Graham's time looks to be close to done as a Bill & they are still looking to upgrade at the back up QB position correct ? Plus after the past QB blunders of these last 3 years how bad could this be ?? Well let's throw this thought around & see what you soft spoken, none opinionated Bills fans think about this !! Seeing as we have a bit of a history with sending players to the west coast I was watching the Raiders game a few nights ago & the 3rd string QB Matt Mcgloin looked like a gun slinger . Fast release , accurate with his throws , not afraid to put it in some tight places . So here's the thought . Let's have Doug send Urbik & TJ Graham to Oakland seeing as it looks like neither will be here this year for Mcgloin as our new back up QB ... TAH DAH !! I don't think it would be to hard to get Mcgloin to come in as a number 2 seeing as he is more than likely behind Schaub & Carr which ever way it goes as the #3 . Plus the Raiders have always liked speedy receivers & could use some depth on the O line . That's all, your turn reasonable, understanding, none opinionated Bills fans that you all are !! Shred it !!

Because Whaley is seeing Marrone for what he is , a second year HC with 2 years of NFL experience as a HC !! Marrone although i like some of the things he does should have been with the coaches available the second if not third choice just because of his lack of experience at the HC ing position . Sure the guy turned around a college program that was a loser to a .500 club but the NFL is a different monster . I think Brandon had a lot more input on that decision than meets the eye . Just saying when you have 3 experienced NFL coaches ,1 with 2 championships as a HC in the CFL but about 15 years as a QB & OC coach in the NFL , 1 with a championship as a OC , & 1 with multiple play off appearances that flat out tells the media that "he would love to coach the Bills" & you take a college coach that in his time in the NFL couldn't stick with a team & then was only a NFL Line coach for what 2 or 3 years . Sure ain't no Mike Munchack or nothin i'm thinking !! Maybe Whaley is telling him what he really thinks about whats going on & how he needs to handle things . I think Whaley is the real deal & given the true power that it takes to be a good GM like Pollian was i hope Brandon will just let him do what he knows how to do & don't try to put perimeters on what he is able to do or he will be gone too .

Heck ya he did he's not seeing the field the way he should that was one of the knocks on him coming out . When there is pressure dude loses it ! I think it will be another long season !!

Man that dude can't buy a break ! Maybe they will trade him now & we can pick him up for a song & he will come back & never get hurt again , become our starting QB & lead us to the SUPER BOWL & WIN IT ALL IN B/LO !! AWH sorry i just got carried away wishful thinking !!

The part when he says they are working on the simple things gets me , if they are working on the simple things & can't do them what are they gonna look like when the complex stuff comes in ??

I think it's just one smart move the coaches have made by letting him rest , plus they can find out more about the top 3 d linemen they have for depth players that they want to keep by giving them a bit more playing time ...

Could it be the new coaches aren't doing the job that the previous coaches did ?? Seems that San Diego's O line is doing pretty good for their RB's & QB , & Dehavens ST's are still in the upper half of the league stat wise .. Why aren't the Bills O line & ST's in the top of the league any more ?? Some times change is not a good thing , especially when homers are involved !!

Our beloved Bills are in a world of S**T with this QB corp & the coaches that believe they have what they need . It's another 6 & 10 season with this group & i hope Whaley is seeing what is going on right before his eye's . The guy has won a SB with a good QB & knows just what a good QB looks like so i hope it doesn't take long for him to realize that there isn't one on this roster !!

It was like he said last year that the cohesion of the offensive line doesn't matter that much or something close to it . This guy as a head coach just doesn't get it ! Neither does his OC they are way out of their league ! You make 2 changes last year with the players we had & keep those 2 changes with the players drafted this year & we are in the play offs with a supposed lesser player . You put Chan as the HC with the coaches he had & Fitz plus the players that we now have add either Pettine or Schwartz either one & we are in the play offs last year & this year . But give these two "coaches" the players we have & they can't figure out how to use CJ & Freddy correctly , the line has went to hell since letting Joe D go, special Teams are no longer special the only thing that has gotten better is defense & that is something that Marrone has no clue about & is not involved in so what does that tell us ?

And that he will go 6 & 10 again all because of 1 position ...

We should send Brandon packing with them , it was a total homer hire !! When you have the likes of Head Coaching experience that there was with championshipS (plural) under there belts as Lovey, Wisenhunt, & Trestman & you hire a college coach because he brought a college program from sucking to .500 WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY THINKING ? After this season i say all 3 of those coaches i just mentioned will have their respective teams in the hunt for the play offs but i really hate to say it i don't see the Bills in there unless they get a QB OR EJ hits his head & jars the IT button in the on position ...
