No it's not and i don't believe anyone is saying to change the Bills offense i was saying just adding another dementionto the offense because as i said in the original post if there is a defense out there that can lock down our passing game the Bills are screwed . I don't know if you are old enough to remember the Bills first SB they were the best offense in the league & the Giants shut it down the Bills D in that game were based by the end of it & they lost by 1 point & that's all it takes to lose I'm not at all saying that is going to happen but it could . I would just like to have a added detention to make this team even more unstoppable than they seem to be now not talking about changing just adding to !

I just watched a thing on Rumblings that said the Bills didn't have the ball for as much time as the Steelers did & i seem to remember a SB game that the Bills lost 20-19 back in the day and because of a really good defense they were playing they lost the crux of my post to all that say don't take the ball out of Joshes hands is we must improve the run game . The backs we have don't scare defensive coordinator maybe one day Cook will ? Motor is a i think really good back but needs carries to get into a rhythm like they use to & Moss isn't in any way the banger they thought he was in college or the complimentary back to Motor IMHO the complimentary back needs to be bigger . Let's say 6' 230 lbs or somewhere in there . I love it as much as any one that Josh is playing the way that he does but what team that lives and dies by their passing game has been a repeated SB champion ? The last one i remember was St. Louis Rams the greatest show on turf & they only won 1 SB correct ? This team just like the team in the 90's can seemingly score at will but if you watch the Scarey movie video on Rumblings it tells how long it took the Bills to score each drive . 1st - TD 1:04 2nd - TD :10 3rd - TD :33 4th - TD 2:37 5th - TD :57 Total TOP - 6:07 The Steelers had the ball 12:00 longer than the Bills in total so what happens that entire time the Bills offense isn't on the field our D is and just like back in the 90's if the Bills cannot sustain a drive by adding in a above average running game to give the D a blow they are going to wear out & if that is a t a crucial time say like in the SB then it's SB 25 all over again . Then there are those saying our O line sucks well in some articles i have read they are praising the O lines ability to keep a clean pocket giving Josh enough time to deliver a good ball so who's right does the O line suck or is it good ? Motor can bust off a run like he did & he proved last year that he can be a good back if given a chance & in a game like this last one when they are up by a 38 to 3 margin then why not get the reps in the run game don't wait until it's to late games are different than practice putting it on the field at game speed is a need . If the run game isn't utilized or at the very least used to get some reps now you can bet there will be a huge number of the Bills Mafia here that are known for B**ching about McD's coaching that will be doing so if the team needed at a crucial juncture in a game to control the clock with the run game & couldn't. The Bills run game id more than what the "Experts" here think that is that it's just the O line 2 of the backs need to be better when given a chance Moss in particular sure he has a decent average but he gets that from 1 big run per game Cook looked better last week & he's a rookie so it may take a bit for him to feel comfortable in the scheme . But if we don't have a good running game i don't think we will have a SB win come to Buffalo no matter how much we want it and the possibility of another disappointment with out a running game is more prevalent than it would be if they had one . It would be really nice if they had a back that we knew was good for say 100 ypg if needed . OK i'm done ranting sorry ... GO BILLS !!!

Good point ! But there will come a time when we need it i feel then we will be wishing we had better .

We have heard from the Experts & some here that feel that running backs are a dime a dozen they say you can basically plug in any running back into any system & it's the system or scheme that determines how good the running game will be the individual talent of the back has little or nothing to do with the out come of that stat or performance of that part of the team . I beg to differ ! This year there are a few running backs that i would love to see in a Bills uni there out put each week would be a welcome sight & would make this team almost unstoppable . There were a few running backs this week that despite not having a really good O line made their run games much better just by their individual talent . Some here say our run game is bad because of the O line play these guys made it happen despite their O lines short comings . If every time the Bills needed to run they could depend on this type of out put even if as some here say the lack of O line play . I have always thought that the "Experts" say that running backs are a dime a dozen is pretty much B S ! There are those backs out there that have above average talent & if we had gotten one say a AJ Dillion, or took Breece Hall when he was there or i liked Brian Robison our run game would be much better because these guys are worth at least .50 a dozen .

I truly don't believe any of them care any more for anything but for their personal betterment & feel they are above the little people that they are over seeing. That is proven by us by looking at where & how they live Pelosi & Maxine Waters are 2 of the worst and of course there is more but they live in their multi million dollar mansions preaching how the down trodden & "Undocumented immigrants" need to be aloud the entitlements the US has to give . Most all politicians make me throw upon my mouth a little just to here them talk ! I think a talent like Thurman would make a difference but that's just me those kind of guys have great vision and can make holes where there looks to be none & have moves to get in to places & through holes like Motor did on that long run last week . Cook did the same patients + vision = a better back despite a average O line . Now if the Bills O line was terrible that would be 1 thing but they are not absolutely terrible & i think they will get better as the year goes on like they did last season & we will see motor & Cook produce more . Don't forget there are a bunch of new pieces & a new coach with new blocking schemes that all takes time to come about Josh basically has the same scheme familiar coaching & players so he's looking close to the same but the O line has a lot of different parts & it takes time to build chemistry .

If they are a dime a dozen i want to get another dimes worth because to this point Motor is the only one the Bills have that has proven anything if we needed to depend on Moss then forget it & Cook could be developing 🙏 into a decent player . But to say they are a dime a dozen i'm not with you on that who would you rather have the 3 that we have now or 1 Thurman Thomas on the team . I don't know about you but 1 Thurman equal 12 regular backs any day of the week & a good running game has always been something that SB champs have they have at least one really good RB just go back & look at the last 5 to 10 SB champs & see who the RB's were & their contributions to the win . This stable of backs the Bills have scare no defense in the NFL !! Then i just read what Breese Hall did for the Jets this last game i'm thinking 97 yds rushing & 100 yds receiving i'd like one of him over who we got in our backfield besides motor but that might just be me !!

The combine clock thing i have never figured out there are guys that are just faster in game than trying to be fast game speed i think is real & is totally different from running against a clock & i think Gabe is one of those guys that just knows how to position himself and is faster in game than other wise . And i'm glad he on our team !! GO BILLS !!!

I worked in the Fl. heat for 15+ years building swimming pools (if your gonna be dumb you gotta be tough) & i'm here to tell you down in the hole it was 135 degrees on a 98 degree day i'll take the wind any day the snow well a little isn't bad but that kind of heat can literally kill you if you don't hydrate A LOT !! It is equally as bad in how it effects our bodies ...

Man it is so hard for me to understand why a guy that had that much talent in college can't take the jump to the NFL . We've seen it before with others like Losman, EJ & others here in B/lo i guess it's the coaching & how they put people around them as rookies to progress . I'm so glad the Bills have gotten that part figured out it kind of makes you wonder if he could have been a different player if he had been given a different path I wanted him to be the Bills draft pick when he came out i am so glad i'm not the Bills GM that would have been another disaster of the Bills !!

Didn't hear them complaining much when the Bills were put on the sunny sideline in Miami to roast for the entire game but that's okay 120 degree heat isn't crappy weather is it now ?

OMG yes that is exactly what this team is in need of but i wouldn't put anything past Beane the dude is genius when it comes to this stuff & given where McCaffrey is and what the team is like i'm sure he may do a little wheeling dealing with his contract to be on a SB contender like the Bills . Especially seeing as they just canned their coach so that means they will be in limbo the rest of this year until they can get some stability & he ain't getting no younger . I hope they make a deal to take Moss down there & maybe someone that they don't use a lot like Hodgins if they aren't going to use him that might sweeten the deal a bit . The Bills have some good players to dangle in front of the Panthers to make this work & we have the Magic Beane on our team !!

True but can you imagine this team with a back like Thurman OMG talk about unstoppable !! I was all about the 90 Bills & every one says today you don't need a good running game or you can have a running back by comity i would much rather have 1 back like Thurman than 3 by comity !!

He was all over the field this last game making tackles every where they better not let another team steal him ! Playing as good as he has been it wouldn't surprise me if they put him back on the PS if another team stole him . If another team did offer him a starting role could he turn it down to stay with the Bills or does he have to go through some kind of proper protocol to be able to not take a job with another team ?
