    McBeane is in a bit of a spot here. They are all in on a rookie solution, but they're not in a good enough spot to ensure they get the guy they want. Banking on Peterman is dicey. The Jets have signed two QB's that can start and Patriots want to take what many believe is the last competent option.

    McBeane went from brilliant to crap in less than 8 hours. That's got to be a record for TSW doesn't it?

    I would do it but I'm in important business meetings in Dunkirk... I imagine we'll start seeing numbers soon beyond Kyle's contract.

    Hoping 26CB, Yolo or one of our stellar posters is keeping track of the cap with the signings and tenders going on at OBD.

    I doubt McBeane went to all these amazing off season gymnastics to settle on a retread QB with one good season and one great performance to his name. Stay with the process and get our franchise QB at long last.

    Seems like a cost effective depth signing and a statement of what they think of Adolphus.

    Agree. PB is a liability in coverage and was exploited often. He made a lot of tackles downfield as he had to chase the runners blowing through our line, give him that, but not fast enough to cover.

    It's getting nigh on impossible to keep up with McBeane at this point. They must be up all damn night.

    This is my concern as well. We just got rid of Dareus and don't need another under achiever. I don't expect Star to be Dareus talent wise, but I do hope he can take on the double teams and plug the sieve that was our run stop last year. Hoping to get a penetrating rookie who can learn from Kyle at the other DT spot.

    In rotation, he's going to be effective. A coach on the field and can still penetrate when not having to go full time.

    Jeebus! I can't keep up with the FO. This is exhausting! Solid bridge QB if he can stand up for at least a half a season. I'm concerned about him playing flag football at this point but when healthy, a good choice.

    Well, that's my hope as well. He's been less than impressive the last year or so.
