The officiating is at an all time low. They pretty much control the outcome of every game now. NFL = National Flag League.
End of game Skin defender spins our WR around & no flag. Then a Skin defender gets torched and is completely out of position & they flag Offensive PI. Total joke.
IMO Whaley is doing a great job putting together a talented roster. I still feel we would have made the playoffs with Schwartz as HC & Roman as OC, last year.
The NFL is becoming more like the WWE every year. Catch the ball in the end zone get 2 feet down equals TD. That was definitely a blown call. Receiver was out of bounds after making a TD before the defender knocked it loose.
So many bad calls this year already. Roughing the passer call on a Dak Prescott hit that was as clean as they come. Washington QB throws a 35 yrd go route & the WR does a 8 yrd hook rte & they call pass interference on the D. Just terrible terrible calls all the way across the board. The game is more about fantasy & entertainment now & has lost integrity.
We look like a better coached team this year over last. We also know the Ravens are well coached, that being said, I wouldn't be surprised if we lose week 1 and then go on a winning streak from there.
I called DirecTv (8/6) and told them to cancel my acct because the only reason I have their service is for the NFL package which is just WAY too expensive (straight up truth since I also have Xfinity at the house). I ended up paying a one time $256. for the NFL ticket but now I get a $9.00 discount each month for 6 months AND a $40. discount for 12 months! So basically I'm saving $278. over a year and getting the NFL ticket for free. I also lowered my base package so my monthly bill has gone from about $179/month to about $49/month with the NFL ticket. - Good luck & Go Bills!
MGK - I agree & what ever happened to the ground not being able to cause a fumble? I hate it when a receiver catches the ball with two feet or a foot & knee down & then the ball pops out when they hit the ground I & it's now called no catch because they didn't maintain control of the ball. I like the old rules better.
I agreed with our first 2 picks but was screaming (not literally) for Cook at 80. In hindsight I feel the Bills probably did a better job than I would have. In Whaley I trust, however Rex may have been a big mistake - we will find out soon. Go Bills!!!!!!
Still can't believe that Shaq fell to us but going into the 2nd round would love to land J Reed, Ragland or even Cook if he's there. Hope we stay away from Hackenburg.
