We need our draft picks but I'd be willing to throw in some of our previous fist round picks to trade up to get Luck. We could throw in Maybin, McCargo & Spiller.

We still need a QB so our first pick should be: Luck, Mallett or Newton, in that order. If we can get Luck, we should take him, if not than we should go for Mallett (his huge arm would be a great fit for the windy Ralph and Gailey's spread formations). Newton would be my 3rd option for a first round QB, he has a strong arm, is smart, plays with a ton of passion and can run. There is no reason why we can't get one of these guys. Then we go DE or DT with the next pick or two, then on to LB, RT, and perhaps a TE such as Andre Smith from VA Tech. Andre Smith is a big kid that can block but also has great hands and may still be availble around the 5th round or so. I wish Brian Brohm good luck where ever he ends up. Go Bills!!!!!!

I agree that we should have kept Incognito if he was willing to play here, however it is time to move on. Green was a huge mistake and I'm glad to see him go. At least this staff doesn't insist on sticking with players as much as our past staff used to.

I am also pretty happy with Gailey. I am glad that we have him & not Shanny at this point. The way things are going in Washington, players are not going to want to play there. McNabb will start this weekend but I wouldn't be surprised if he's not the starting QB in Washington next year. I've been saying all year that I would rather the Bills end the season on a winning note than to start out good and then go down hill. The next 3 games are going to be really important, not only to further judge talent for players and coahes but to give the fans a good feeling going into the offseason. I orignailly wanted Cohwer as head coach but so far am happy with Gailey. Let's Go Buffalo! ! !

I would take Vick in a heart-beat. I would even trade our number one draft pick for him. He's a proven NFL QB. You can never be sure what you get with a draft pick. If you had a choice between Luck, Mallett or Vick who would you take?

I would love to get Luck with our first pick but I do feel that Dallas and Carolina are going to be picking ahead of us so I wouldn't be surprised if he's gone by the time we pick. I would be happy with Mallett. He's 6' 7" with one of the strongest arms so he would be a great fit to play in Buffalo. If we can't get one of those 2, I wouldn't mind us trying to trade our first pick for a proven QB (I would still like to get Vick, bash him all you want, he get results.). With our 2nd pick, I would like to get the best DE available. Then somewhere down the line I would like us to get a TE. I really like Andre Smith from VA Tech. He's a big kid that can block and has good hands. When VA Tech doesn't use him they loose. I'm not sold on our Def. Coordinator (yet). He's either a genius that is trying to implement a system that will take years to develop or he's totally in over his head. I still cringe everytime I hear the name Edwards. Perhaps we have the "Edwards curse". Just to be safe we should get rid of anyone with the name Edwards. I would give Dwan Edwards the option of changing his name if he want's to stay. We also loose every game in Toronto so I would put an end to that as well, enough is enough. The 12th man is on the wall in Orchard Park for a reason, not in Toronto. Who do you recommend for our next Def. Coordinator?

Does everyone forget the trash talk from Marty Shottenheimer back in the late 80's when he said that Buffalo was a sh*t-hole that he would never want to go back to? I don't blame Ralph one bit.
