  1. That's really not that bad. I've been at my job 3 years now and my boss still doesn't know what a !@#$ up I am.
  2. I get OP's point, but I'm not sure what it has to do with begging the question. Perhaps it was stated as follows: Draft picks are overvalued because teams assess them as having more value than they do.
  3. The man who clearly takes the title didn't even make the list. EJ Manuel is easily the most polarizing Bill of all time. We tend to forget the extreme dedication so many middle aged fans had for a 22 year old millionaire they'd never met who defined mediocrity to a T. It was truly a wonder to behold. E.J. fanboy love made Whaley fanboy love look like mere adoration by comparison (of course, EJ and Whaley's fanboys are easy to compare because they're mostly the same people). Doug Flutie doesn't count because that was back before normal people used internet message boards to talk about things like football teams, frittatas, and underwater UFOs. Plus, pretty much everyone outside of Macungie understood that Flutie was awesome and Robosack sucked big floppy donkey dick, so it really wasn't much of a controversy.
  4. I'm sure the draft will not unfold the way this mock predicted. I'm not just sure, I'm HIV positive.
  5. If you put rock salt in your spreader it will help to keep the weeds away.
  6. That's like a chinese massage with no happy ending.
  7. I've been out of the loop and am just learning of this. From what I gather, Trump !@#$ed a porn star and people are pretending to care. Did I miss anything?
  8. I was riding a motorcycle in shorts and a T shirt way too fast into a blind curve. I hit the brakes with too much force on the back tire and it starts to slide out from behind me. Just as I'm losing control an SUV comes barreling through in the oncoming lane that I'm sliding into. I let off the brake, the back tire regained traction, and I missed the SUV by about 2 feet. That was some scary ****.
  9. OP should stick to lurking. It plays better to his strengths. And I'd prefer to draft Mike White over LamaRG3.
  10. I didn't watch my buddies die face down in the muck so this !@#$ could get blasted and go on a naked rampage.
  11. I'd prefer Cortland Sutton or James Washington.
  12. He had his flaws, but he did build that great defense Whaley got credit for.
  13. It turns out Jesus is just some dude in his bowling league.
  14. The two concepts aren't mutually exclusive. It's possible that he wouldn't have been that great anyway AND that the concussion made him less effective than he'd have been otherwise.
  15. The long term effects of that hit wouldn't necessarily be evident the following week. He would likely be operating on adrenaline and emotion in his immediate return. It's also likely that subsequent hits would take a much steeper toll as a result of taking that earlier hit than they otherwise would. The lingering and cumulative effects would likely hinder him more from a mental aspect as time passed and the effects persisted or worsened. Obviously we'll never know what might have been but for that hit, but a strong showing the following week is not dispositive evidence that it wasn't a significant factor in his decline.
  16. Rudolph because McCarron needs a solid back up, or Jackson because he needs someone to throw to.
  17. If being married taught me anything it's that most of the time there are two sides to the story. People tend to omit the parts that make them look bad.
  18. I'd rather get DJ Khaled. All he does is win.
  19. There's a hefty !@#$ing fee. I'd guess a bit more than a buck-o-five.
  20. I don't know how much a mental break speaks to character. If he made the decision to take PCP or something absurd like that it's one thing, but it's entirely possible that he just got blackout drunk and lost his mind. Some people can't handle their buzz. At least he didn't drive.
