    Has there been any discussion in regards to Moss’ conditioning? I know he had to rehab his ankle in the offseason and then dealt with a hamstring injury too. Aside from other factors, just curious if there’s any chance his physical conditioning is contributing to him being inactive on game days.

    No question we have to execute better on offense too. If we had done that, would have potentially forced BB into passing mode, which the Pats wouldn’t have preferred to do in that wind.

    Exactly. Whether BB trusted his QB to throw or not, didn’t matter. He didn’t need his QB to throw. We couldn’t stop the run and lost the game.

    I mean, Burrow is from near Cincy. I don’t take his comments as bashing the town, versus just theorizing why his team has been lucky so far against COVID, versus other teams. I’d ultimately say his theory is wrong though, as it’s not like a COVID-stricken team like Cleveland is in a perceived big-market cities either.

    Per #6, one of my favorite moments from the game was definitely Gilmore getting beat on the TD and then looking around for someone else to blame…Typical Gilmore!

    Some of the scenarios that can still play out are crazy. Bills can still go into Week 18 where if they win, they can be the #1 seed. Lose, and they don’t make the playoffs.

    SOS and SOV are definitely objective, as they’re calculated based on winning %’s of all your opponents and the opponents you have beaten. So to your point, more way more objective than the statement noted.

    Agree, Pats have won their Super Bowl for the year. The Bills have much bigger things to prove, going to come out Sunday and show they’re the superior team. Prior game was a fluke win for them.

    Here’s some simplified logic - If we have a QB that can throw better than the other team’s QB, and neither QB can throw bc the wind is too strong, the wind helps the other team.

    So in coming up with the team avg, they’re giving PFT ratings generally 2/3’s weight and ESPN 1/3?

    Because of Josh, I think the Bills are a very dangerous team in any given game at this point in his career, similar to how I’ve looked at guys like Aaron Rodgers or Drew Brees throughout their careers. Nobody likes playing against Rodgers when he is on. If a QB and supporting cast get hot at the right time, they can make a run (Kurt Warner, Nick Foles, etc to name other examples).
