  1. The article starts out with some decent facts and criticism, but the journalist lost me when he said “y’all”.
  2. McD made sure to smack around a Peyton coached team in New Orleans on Thanksgiving a couple years ago too, so it’s gone both ways. A big difference in each game was also the QBs for each team, as Brees was on the Saints in the first and Josh on the Bills in the second. I’d say the QB difference was a bigger factor versus who was coaching each team.
  3. I say don’t call any plays, just have complete chaos out there and Josh can decide how to best sort through it after the ball is snapped 😎
  4. Latavius Murray, Syracuse native, explained to the rest of his offensive brethren the level of heartache and deprivation this fanbase has endured, and that it’s time for this team to pony up for the stretch run ahead. Let’s go!
  5. Man, they’re gonna score 40+ on Monday night. Book it.
  6. He’s going to need to catch up to LaPorta though too, although given his recent emergence in this offense, thinking Kincaid will pull that off.
  7. Can we ban all new threads after a game until some actual analysis like the above is shared?
  8. Buy: Taron Johnson. He’s going to have at least one INT on MNF, maybe returning it to the house. This team is due for an INT, hosting Russell Wilson on MNF is the recipe for that to happen, and Taron is going to lead the way with a big play. Sell: Sam Martin. He’s not going to need to punt much on Monday night, although may offer up a couple headscratchers when called upon. Hold: James Cook. He’s had a couple quiet weeks, AND Leonard Fournette has joined this backfield. May need to share some extra carries now, although will pop off some nice gains on Monday to remind us the value he can bring to the table too. I ultimately think there’s a lot to buy heading into this game, hopefully the Bills prove me right!
  9. No Fun League then, No Fun League now! Lots of people turned off the radio and stopped listening after that BS.
  10. We still haven’t won a Super Bowl in my lifetime, which will be an obsession of mine until we do.
  11. Screw this loser mentality! We are winning the next four games, will be 9-4, and then everyone will be back to talking Super Bowl and whether we’re going to get help for the 1 seed. Bengals loss is the low point of this season, things will be coming together starting Monday night hosting the Broncos.
  12. Anyone got the 2025 schedule yet?
  13. Completely agree. My hope is at least one of those replacements is already on the roster, in maybe a guy like Benford or Douglas, but either way, they need to get younger in their defense backfield and have holes they need to fill. Taron Johnson’s quickness won’t last forever either. They really need to hope the light can go on for Elam soon.
  14. Hmm, sounds like some solid reviews 😬. Hopefully Bill prefers the Bills.
  15. Right, but if we don’t have Bates, we still have to find someone and pay them to play Center. Bates is at a pretty good price for what we’d have to pay a decent center from elsewhere, unless we find someone in the draft. I don’t think we will want to re-sign Hyde bc of age and Poyer might be done too, but we will still need FS and SS replacements, so didn’t know if you had contemplated who that might be.
  16. Who do you have as our SS and FS in your scenario?
  17. The team just needs to play COMPLEMENTARY football, simple as that
  18. Norwood’s pass coverage range is pretty wide, right?
  19. Nothing like signing two Tre’s, one a McKitty and one a Norwood for comic relief, when morale is low. Well played, Beane 😎
  20. if this says anything, Gronk has gone on record to say he specifically would only unretire for one coach, and that’s Daboll. When asked about Buffalo and McD, he gushed at the thought of his hometown team but said nothing about McD. https://amp.foxsports.com/stories/nfl/giants-brian-daboll-only-coach-who-can-get-rob-gronkowski-back-in-nfl
  21. Or at least align the offensive playing calling and scheme to Josh’s strengths. That’s where Daboll may have been a great fit for Josh, b/c he knew how to better cover up Josh’s weaknesses. When even Cris Collinsworth is salivating at the Bills spreading out their offense and the Bills offense is moving effectively, that should be a sign of the direction their offense needs to go with Josh. You start a drive with a couple QB designed runs, it’s almost like it calms Josh down and it puts the opposing defense on notice.
  22. That’s been a knock on Josh since coming out of college. He’s definitely been more effective in his career when he doesn’t do this, but it’s a tendency of his that hurts the offense’s effectiveness.
  23. A Groot complaint thread was already started yesterday:
