Uh oh...his name isn't McNabb. If it isn't sexy it won't fly, and you'll get a bunch of this Realistically he may be a descent option, but realism isn't an option.

Easy, Francis. -
It's because of Donte and Lynch. If we hired a real coach that never would have happened. Go ahead Kool-Aid drinkers buy 'em up!! You can where them to Nix's 85th birthday party. Trent will be there with his surgically adhered nut-sack. If you need directions just follow Thurman on Twitter. Brandon must have had these printed to sell tickets!!! It looks good on you though.

"Hell no... I'm going to bed." - Buddy Nix
Beebe's Kid replied to Chilly's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The only way you sign that fast, regardless of the romanticized opinion that the player loved the notion, is if you are getting too much money. An old car-guy once told me that if you throw your hand in the air, and the auctioneer yells "Sold!" you just paid too much. Our off-season has been fine. Quality players for decent contracts. Gaping holes filled with serviceable players. Buddy going to bed only further proves my theory: Buddy Nix is dumb like a fox. -
I love our short memories... Beast Mode may have started in college, but in his first two seasons in Buffalo, he was a beast. The first guy never took him down. He tried to put on weight for last season, had some personal issues, and had a bad year, so that automatically means he isn't a good runner? Yeah, we should trade him for a 6th. The "weird" incident, the one where a woman meant one of the players at a restaurant, with the player bringing Marshawn and said woman bringing her friend. The "friend" then wrote her number on the $20 for Marshawn, and her jealous cop husband tried to file a complaint that Lynch stole it. Is that the incident, or was it the one where the guy was at the mall, gathering gifts for his bachelor party, and like an idiot asked Marshawn, after he interrupted him in the food court, to sign a $20. The guy then gave Marshawn a business card and a $20...Marshawn signed the business card, and kept the $20, and asked for another card. Fast forward later in the evening to a bar downtown, when the bride-to-be accosts Marshawn about stealing the double-sawbuck from "her man." You'll have to forgive me, but I think I will give Marshawn the benefit of the doubt on both of these cases...as well as the drunk Canadian broad that walked into traffic, grazed the side of his car, and got a neck brace...I'll call bull **** on that one too. Hmm, after reviewing the strong evidence against Marshawn, it is a wonder he isn't begging to get the !@#$ out of Buffalo. He seems to be targeted. You think it's because of his hair or his grill?

Does a "stopgap" actually have to play QB? Is there any expectations with a "stopgap?" I know that everybody we could get would be a "stopgap," and that is a puzzling concept to me. Hasslebeck is not going to draw any FA's here, or make us a respectable franchise just by being on the roster. He would provide us with a QB that knows what it takes to win a few games in the NFL, and it's hard to win in the NFL.

Hmmm... Here I thought it was because he was a wild !@#$ing animal, and they couldn't justify keeping his handlers on the payroll, since he was only ever going to be a ST guy.

Look what Donte is up to now
Beebe's Kid replied to Billsfan=pain's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Was he drinking? If he wasn't he was planning to. He also used the defense that another athlete had been harassed, so he was carrying it for personal protection, which to aid in your arguments is far from going to the shooting range. Hilarious that people feel the need to follow Donte on Twitter, to come up with this ****. Holy !@#$, man!! Get a life. There are several athletes that carry guns, you just don't hear about them, because you don't subscribe to their Twitter account, like an celebrity-obsessed 13 year old girl with a US magazine...or they don't get arrested with them, or shoot themselves in the leg in a club in NYC, where guns are prohibited with or without a permit. So, this was basically an epic fail, but if you keep your ear to the Twitter tracks, I am sure somebody will say something you can try to spin into another pathetic controversy. Happy hunting. Oh, and why doesn't Whitner look like a hunter? Do hunters have a "look." I am pretty sure I know what your answer would be, so should we start a thread that Pain is out profiling again? -
I am with you on this one. These are Bills fans. JP was young, looking half way descent had a good year, and started slow...they called for his head. So, an entire bad season, that is far to much. Warner was dead for a few years. Delhomme will do fine, and then everybody will be crying "why don't we sign guys." All while Clausen does his Ryan Leaf impression.

Wow...news is slow, and the TSW begins to eat itself.
-
There is sarcasm in your original post? It sounds like you were wondering aloud, which approach would lead to more wins next season, which would then justify, to you, which method was better. Maybe the reason nobody "got it," was a poor attempt?
-
My thought if that is the worst thing that happens to you today...you had a pretty good !@#$ing day!!! Get over yourself.

Pennington was resigned by Miami.
-
Fail This is not funny. The consistent worrying about what Donte's said, or anybody else is !@#$ing played. To make this post filled with unoriginal bull ****, like Boy I Love Losing Superbowls...Weak.

I disagree. I think that people are confusing the fact that this regime saw keeping Kelsay as depth as a false sense of infatuation. They figure he is a better option than a UDFA and is a valuable back up, so they pay the bonus of half mil, and you think thay are interested enough to have him start? He very well may start is Schobel walks, and if they would have let Kelsay go, you would have cried for lack of foresight.

Interesting point by Colin Cowherd
Beebe's Kid replied to ACor58's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Cowherd...how did he whine this exactly, and how many times did he make that annoying "slurping" sound whle gathering his spit for a good swallow. I am sure that he just bashed all involved and didn't actually take a side. Cowherd is the one guy that is unlistenable to me. I would be better off sitting through a Shlopp and Bullfrog marathon. He is the one person that I would actually like punching in his !@#$ing head. -
Maake Kemoeatu Signs With the Redskins
Beebe's Kid replied to BillsGuyInMalta's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ask me in two years. I know what you are asking, but isn't it a touch ridiculous? I am not calling you ridiculous, just the way that the draft makes people think. If, and only if, Williams can be taken with e impression that he has what it takes to be an elite force for our team at NT for a long time, and there is not options as good as him regularly available to a team...then how isn't he worth it? I know LT is a big need, obviously, as is QB, OLB, WR, etc. Which position is the hardest to fill? Is there is a player available at our position in the draft that can fill that need at an elite level for years to come? I believe in BPA, but we have enough needs that we need to draft the BPA that fills one of our needs, preferably the hardest one to fill. -
Maake Kemoeatu Signs With the Redskins
Beebe's Kid replied to BillsGuyInMalta's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That is good. Wasn't ready to pas a physical, is not exactly a household name, and he just got 7 mil for two years. Fans are upset. If the Bills sign that guy, people are screaming bout the bum we signed for 3.5 per that couldn't pass a physical. -
Conspiracy theory regarding the Bills
Beebe's Kid replied to billsfan89's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!! Ralph Wilson also faked putting a man on the moon, after he shot Kennedy!! Actually we are all in on it to. This is just a cruel life long trick against you!! Ralph Wilson has paid us all to pose as fans while he ruins your life! Toodles!! -
Buidling a franchise without emotion
Beebe's Kid replied to hmsmystic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Merdith is higher than Chambers. JM actually has potential. I think he provides great depth. Maybe we will be able to cut him, and let him stay that way this year. I agree with you on Green being an upgrade. It is better than what we have, and not going to cost us 50 mil, or get all salty if he is depth behind a true front line starter. Injuries being what they are, he will see the field either way, and will be better than having to raid practice squads every week!! -
Schobel update -- still undecided.
Beebe's Kid replied to Delete This Account's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I know there is a strong support for the "warrior" and all of his sacks and whatever. He has sucked $ out of this team and been just mediocre enough for us to not address the DE position, OLB Maybin aside. He does get sacks, and does make some plays, but against the run he has been invisible, and he does not put consistent pressure on the QB. I know, he is great 2nd all time...blah blah. We owe him and on and on. We owe him nothing. He has been handsomely compensated for a mediocre performance. Let's all move on. I wonder why teams aren't lining up offering a 2nd or 3rd rounder? I am sure they will come running, they probably don't think an elite pass rusher could be had for so cheap. His history of hard work, and stalwart leadership is well known around the league. -
Why are We Looking at Players from Losing Teams
Beebe's Kid replied to box0life's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hmm....10 years of being a pro...3 years as a starter....plays RT, which we desperately needed, and he is not good? We would have been better off trading Lynch, Whitner, Mitchell, and Kelsay to get back in the 1st round and take two OL. We can pay them 6-7 million for 5 years, with a truck load of guaranteed money. Then when they don't work out we can complain for 20 years!!!! -

Jim Schwartz and the Lions are dominating Free Agency
Beebe's Kid replied to Got_Wood's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Lions are "killing it." They are signing some of the bigger names...which means didley ****, considering theyr are mid range players on their best days. They are spending a lot of money of mediocrity. If they improve, they might go 5-11? then what same thing, just have a lot of wasted cap room, and cant afford to sign their annual top-5 pick.
