  1. Great post. Confidence...you can call that "it" if you want, but he does not have any confidence. He doesn't trust himself, and is scared to let everybody down...so much so that it has cost him, perhaps, his career. The dolts at WGR, and 99% here won't get that, and the first time they hear "It's Chans fault" All of the sheep with go flocking to that idea and you'll see it posted all over. It is not hard to understand, it is not a difficult concept. The timing is perfect. He had two auditions. Failed. Enough. E !@#$ing nough. Gailey couldn't deny Trent's ability in practice, which I understand is difficult. He thought he could work with him...Trent proved him wrong. Chan played the old "!@#$ me once shame on you, !@#$ me twice, shame on me." He bit the bullet after Miami, and shouldered the blame, hell he still is, but he made a move in a different direction. We played decent with Fitzy under Fewell....I would love to see a QB that will follow direction. This is a recipe for failure to all the dicks here, but we'll be surprised. I would say pleasantly, but people think you play for draft picks, so they won't be happy. Go to bed, it's a school night. This would be the kind of douche referenced above. **This forum was once very decent. It is on team spiral these days. Is there no mods here anymore?
  2. Wow, this place is as dysfunctional as the team.
  3. I think we'll just play the game anyway. I will hold out hope that they are due to pleasantly surprise me. I've been doing it for ten years...why stop now?
  4. You wouldn't be able to find the 5 wins Fitzy led us to. You would be able to find more losses. Stupid wins/losses aside...you're !@#$ing crazy. Edwards looked like **** last year, all year. He never looked good. Mrs. Edwards, we have given your son multiple chances and we have to punt. Thanks for sticking up for your son, and all of your valuable input.
  5. For two guys that couldn't be bothered to show up for camp, one of which is suspended when he does show up. I know that the Bills have hurt you...they hurt you bad, and you're bitter, but our guys aren't really that bad. Whoa is you.
  6. Good !@#$ing "problem" to have? Check
  7. These posts make my day. Never outdone, you make a hell of case!! I think you should send this **** to Nix and Co. You would almost certainly get Ralph's attention.
  8. Did he give you a "Boo-ya!!" Or something real funny like "Oh that's just sick, kid?"
  9. This thread has spiraled out of control. I was in the same section with Pollack. He was a few rows down so I missed him. The problem is our culture. It it isn't Buffalo, it isn't the Bills. Alcohol is celebrated and encouraged. Listen, I've been there and done that. I am not saying don't drink, but it shouldn't be your goal to make an ass out of yourself in public, then try to defend why you did it. That is not how productive members of society act. Period. You can black out and puke on yourself at a game, but you really can't defend that, or blame ten years of Bills football for it. That is a lack of class on your end, or indicative of problems with substance abuse. I swear at plays I don't stand that and scream at other people or just go on profanity laced rants, but that still doesn't make it right. Every time I yell "Come the !@#$ on!!" or "Not this !@#$ing **** again!" "Throw the !@#$ing ball, what is this ****, you kitty?" I regret it. I need to work on it, but I am amiable to those that surround me. The way it was put to me when I was kid, by my father, was "It's called courtesy." That was anytime I did anything borderline inconsiderate. It stuck. That's what parents do, they teach their kids things like that. If you are a parent that is an !@#$ fan, you need to justify that you aren't that bad, for what I don't know, so you teach your kid. Good job. I went to the Titans game last year, and their fans gave me a little ****, I knew I deserved it, as I was in a Lynch jersey, but we laughed and talked football. It was a great experience. I love the Ralph, but the fans that think they are owed something by the team, and that feel they have a right to act like that are sad. There's a lot of them, but I wouldn't say they are the majority. I never thought I would be the guy that said use the number of the fan line, but I guess I never thought people would act like that in public. I thought they could separate a real life from the game they watch, but the booze blurs their lines. It probably ruins those same peoples' lives everyday, or close to it. Maybe try the fan line, and let the Nazis come escort them out. I wish the people could control themselves, but to subject kids that kind of crap in poor logic. The kids still have a chance, why let them see that ****? The idiot yelling at a woman in a wheel chair, and making racist comments, and passing out after puking on himself is already !@#$ed. Rap on, brother. That's it. You have freedom of speech, yes you do, but do you have enough courtesy to realize that doesn't make it right to take away from others' experience so you can exercise your right?
  10. Troll hungry. Troll hungry!! There is a constant flow of **** spewing forth from your face and fingers. It sucks that the few good posters on this board are stuck in amongst the constant flow of trolls. There are other boards that ban them, and it would be great to have some of the real fans there.
  11. I love the "Fine."
  12. I would think flying my colors to be ok...until I think about seeing a Marino jersey at the Bills/Chargers game, then you realize you just look like a douche. I would think it more acceptable to rock a t-shirt, if I had to rep the colors, but the jersey is gameday ****. Just like it is unacceptable to wear an NFL jersey to a baseball game, or during an inactive period in the off-season...or not on gameday, it is inappropriate to rock your colors at a game where your team is not represented. I am glad I would not run into this issue, because I have one allegiance on Sunday. If I am not at the Ralph, I am in the visiting stadium (colors flying) or in front of the tube.
  13. Teams that wear teal call their offense the Wildcat, so we ain't running no !@#$ing Wildcat. It's the Buffalo Wing.
  14. Three Bills backs on field September winds blow in Ralph Dead Phish smell so good. Wildcat from Miami CJ, Fast Freddie, Beast Mode Here, kitty, kitty
  15. It's all on, boys and girls. CJ is the troof. Anybody hear catch the CJ Spiller chant from Clemson? Check it out and bring it to the Ralph with you on Sunday. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EQ9aBGtKiMY
  16. Great post. You're absolutely right. Why should Bills fans get excited. We don't deserve it. This is part of the conspiracy. Jesus, man... if you don't want to get excited, then don't. I really don't know why you wouldn't want to be excited to root for the Bills, but I don't understand why many here even watch football. It is interesting to see the tired-ass old arguments used when Gailey was hired are still alive and well. Again, great insight!!! Never cheer, until you know that they are going to do well, then you won't look bad if they don't.
  17. That is message board logic. The real life works a little differently. So...whoever the Colts cut, we should be waiting for, but if somebody is let go by the Lions, they are absolutely worthless? While I see where this comes from...who's talent evaluators do you trust more? Who's liable to miss with more frequency?
  18. We already have Mama Pecoraro. Pass.
  19. Alright, you can owe me! I OWE YOU NOTHING!
  20. What was his point with the reality TV show?
  21. They are reading glasses...check any drug store.
  22. Diehard, How about saying the Bills should lose for a draft-pick? How would people that have been training their whole life to win everything they can take being told to put it in the tank so they can draft some kid, right out of college, that will walk in and earn substantially more money than they may ever see in their career? I could care less if players and/or coaches read the boards. I am fairly sure ol'nevergiveup was here to see what people were saying about him, and got sucked in a little bit.
  23. I was with you, and still am, except for the "koolaid" crap. There is no !@#$ing Kool-Aid. Good points otherwise. ESPN is still on the air? I have the MLB, NFL, NHL, and NBA networks, and since I was shone the light, I haven't looked back. I don't have to watch tennis highlights, or WNBA, or any listen to any of the half wits on there.
  24. I don't really give a flying !@#$ what anybody with a baby carrot dick has to say about Edwards or the Bills. We get no love, and we deserve no love. I have called Edwards a lot worse than #31. I am a homer, so I think we'll be better than people think, which is what I say every year, but who cares what Clayton thinks. The guy is not a "reporter." Reporters give facts, Clayton gives his meaningless opinion. I didn't like Clayton before he started talking about our team. How !@#$ing fun would it be to prove all of these !@#$s wrong? I think it would be a lot of fun. Here's to hoping we have fun this year. If we stink, I know how to do that, too. I'd rather do the former, but that is why we'll tune in at 1:00 every Sunday.
  25. I can't believe there is another uniform thread, but I'll play along. I used to be a all throwback guy. I love the standing buffalo, the bright blue jerseys at home, and the white away jerseys were the coolest in the NFL last year. That said, I don't really know when it happened but the new ones have grown on me. When they were first released I hated the home, but liked the away. I love the bright blue number with the red seams. I really don't know why I liked that one, but it was just the right kind of different. Over time the home ones have grown, and a big reason for that, to me, is the blue pants. The white pants with that jersey is puke. Too much. The I like the white pants with both of the old jerseys, the AFL, and the 90's. A uniform that never really gets any love is the early 80's Pic Maybe a little tweak here and there, and I think we have a winner. I would lighten the blue a little bit, and probably introduce a little more red.
