favorite not best Bill players ever

Don Beebe Tally...him not being in the HOF is a travesty. James Lofton Bryce Paup Doug Flutie -
Uh-oh, tough guy alert! Easy, Francis... Funny that the first paragraph calls out Hoss for vulgarity and unintelligent/unpleasant remarks, then proceeds to advocate defecation in the flower bed, after a "B word slap," all while assuming, incorrectly, that Schobel is divorced. That is good stuff. Amen on the Kelsay part. I am, along with a few others, excited to see Maybin. The guy is fast, and strong. The 4-3 DE was not going to work for at least a few years. OLB in a 3-4 allows him the opportunity to contribute now. I like it.

That is hilarious. He's not playing.

Schobel will make his decision in 10 days...
Beebe's Kid replied to Glass To The Arson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Nevergiveup was pretty straight forward in his opinion of Schobel, in saying that he isn't really a go-getter. So, this guy is going to switch positions and show up when he is ready? No thanks. Thanks for all you've done Aaron, it was great watching you chase QB's all over for all these years. Wait...you didn't really do that. Well, thanks for all the sacks. We never would have had the top rated defense or made the playoffs all those...wait...well, thanks for leading the team in sacks for the Era of Futility. It's kind of like being the smartest kid on the short-bus. -
Lack of OT's May Kill BILLS Again!

SHOUT in Madden 2011?!
Beebe's Kid replied to Glass To The Arson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It was a big issue for us to use it, so to put it in a video game was probably a pretty steep price. None of the other songs are covers are they? -
Incognito should be a Bill
Beebe's Kid replied to Logical Reasoning's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree. I was disappointed to see him leave. I hope we were right. -
!@#$ Gazoo! We have nowhere to go but up.

t o offered contract by the bengals
Beebe's Kid replied to dwight in philly's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Even if TO is just a decoy, he will finally take the pressure of off Lee Evans...errrrrrr that was last year. File this under whatever. Good luck to Palmer trying to be the leader on that team. Fail -
This is what people think of the Buffalo Bills...
Beebe's Kid replied to buffalo_bills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is like a Dolphin's fan on another board... We beat you. He gets to the turn-overs and acts like he found the reason that Carolina lost...well he did, but the ball was taken away by the other team. You were outplayed. I guess it doesn't really matter...dude couldn't even comb his hair after he took his Klan hood off. -
Isn't he too short to play QB? We need a LT and Thurman needs to shut up. I kid.. Really, if I have to seriously consider Hardy, I say; why the !@#$ not? We have nothing to lose. Bring him through.

How about a gov't that spends 6.7 billion/month on a "war" in Afghanistan? While we may have a rapidly deteriorating health-care system, are fighting two dead end wars that cost around $12,000,000,000 per month, an escalating unemployment rate, and declining median wage to go with the disappearing middle class...please don't ever let it be said that any country has smoother roads..errr will have smother road when/if they ever get done working on all of them...at the same time. "Putting America to Work," only counted if you were in road construction.

That is a bison, not a buffalo. It's a misnomer, and while many know what you are talking about, a "news" network should probably shoot for accuracy. I was in Yellowstone last year, and these things are impressive... I was doing some reading on the way there, and was shocked to learn that these monsters can run over 30 mph. That is crazy. I know this lady is dumb, etc etc etc, but could you imagine the feeling when that huge animal stopped moseying along and started jumping like that? I would have shat my pants!!! Yellowstone is amazing, and if you've never had the chance, and you appreciate nature, it is a cool place to check out. I was hoping to see some bear, wolves, or a mt lion. The closest I came was a dead mt lion on the side of 90 some where in Wyoming!

Blue throwbacks will be worn twice
Beebe's Kid replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Allegedly!! -
I remember thinking all the Flutie bashing was a joke... I kept waiting for the punchline and everybody kept blasting. I remember having a lot of fun watching those teams. I never felt like we were out of it...yeah we had a great defense, but so do a lot of teams that win... It was more fun to go to the playoffs and lose, then to listen to !@#$bags argue over us throwing our last five games for a draft pick.

Johnson is an !@#$.

Somewhere I saw the words "the competition" and Hardy. It is a repeated theme that Hardy is a lock. The only thing I have heard about him is that he showed up out of shape. Everybody questions every other draft pick, but Hardy gets a pass most of the time, from what I've seen. He was a disappointment when he played then was injured and missed a year. When he came back, he couldn't crack the lineup. THEN...he shows up out of shape for OTA's? Hardy is the epitome of hard work and dedication. Maybe, with Roosevelt, the fact the that he went to UB allowed us to get an inside scoop, and snag a diamond in the rough. There were a lot of teams that passed on Freddy Jackson, too. I know there are exceptions, and most UDFA's don't make the grade, but !@#$... I would rather see Roosevelt take Hardy's spot, as opposed to another year of waiting for him to remove his head from his ass, and dedicate himself to football.

I think this is a cry for help. Not to mention, it is further perpetuation of the fact that dirty hippies that smoke the weed need to be stopped. My grand pappy didn't fight in dubya dubya two, so these pot smoking turkeys could obstruct my right to bear arms at a football game, and abuse free speech by telling me to sit down. No, sir.

If we beat the Titans, do we win the Superbowl in 2000?
Beebe's Kid replied to Skoobydum's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I always felt that we could have beat anybody that year, especially with Flutie at QB. The guy was a winner, and could have led us to the promise land. I know there are many that, for whatever reason, dislike Flutie, but in my opinion, he could have delivered the Lombardi Trophy for us that year. -
Who will be the "promising" cuts?
Beebe's Kid replied to stuckincincy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not a chance. Whitner is a good safety. You might hold it against him forever that he was drafted so high, but he is a good player. With a little coaching we might see something very strange...player progression!! I have seen this on TV....players that a team drafts actually get better over time. I am very excited at the prospect. -
The issue is that there isn't a guy that could handle T.O. I am not saying he overpowers the coach, but his personality is too polarizing. Love him/Hate him...not middle ground. He is a guaranteed divide in your locker room. He also wants the ball, and he pouts when he doesn't get it. While he may not have popped off last year, his body language made it clear he was upset. He also dropped more than one sure TD. I have a feeling he is done. The polarization that is guaranteed to come with signing him is not worth it. Baltimore will never sign him. He called Newsome an Uncle Tom...that is about as big of a smack in the face as you can get. There is no reason for them to jeopardize their team solidarity to bring in a guy that forced a trade from them once already.

Pat is young and giving it a good go. You have to start somewhere, and I give Pat a lot of credit...he takes a ton of lumps, but keeps on trying. I wouldn't doubt that Pat had some inside sources. I believe he talked to a couple players, or else is directly linked to somebody that did. That being said, Pat has been wrong of several occasions, but in fairness who hasn't? The national guys are wrong all of the time. Gazoo, Scheffter, etc. Pat, in his defense, has also been right several times. The one thing that I see is that Pat is not guaranteeing that it is TE, he is offering his opinion, based upon what players said, that it will be TE. If Pat has one thing, it's stones. He'll write this, which is his opinion, and let everybody jump all over it like it is gospel...if he is wrong, he says it's an opinion. If he right, he says "I told you so." It's like Raging Bull... "If you win, you win. If you lose, you still win." P.S. I hope he pulled this out of his ass and it's Brohm.
-
TO is a locker room cancer. Take this thread as an example... he has a polarizing personality. I like TO, and thought he was great, on some other team... People either love him or hate him, and that is a problem in a locker room....especially when your QB usually ends up hating him.
-
His character was great here in Buffalo... I guess that I have a different opinion. Because he didn't come out and call Edwards gay, or complain to the media, or any of the other things he did in the past, I guess he is getting a free pass. I thought his effort was abysmal. I think that our QBs looked worse than they are, hard to do, by having to force 15 throws his direction every game, only for him to give a half-assed effort in trying to make a catch. He also dropped several would-be TD's. People want to praise him because he didn't reduce himself to a ranting lunatic in a presser, then so be it. I don't think he added anything to this team. I know there is a lot of Evan's haters that will disagree, but if we would have thrown those balls to Lee, he would have been in the Pro Bowl. Lee isn't as big as TO, but he is faster, has better hands, and sure as **** gives a ton more effort. I do acknowledge that TO is/was a great receiver, but his effort last year didn't impress me. I am glad we moved on.
