  1. Initially said Thurman but had to change it to Freddy. No knock on Thurman but it is a lot tougher to run hard when surrounded by a poor offense that never wins anything. The only bad part about making the playoffs last year was that Freddy just missed being a part of it. Glad he got to go to Seattle and be part of a playoff team for a year.
  2. Well Adams, which team has been to the playoffs more recently? I know, that was kind of dumb. Just been waiting a long time to say that.
  3. I was thinking the same thing. I came on here expecting to see one. Surprised no one started one yet. Yeah, it was incredible.
  4. April 19th for a number of reasons. First of all sadly it’s the same day as the Waco disaster and OK City bombing. But also it’s my aunt and cousin’s bday. Just a big coincidence that my aunt had my cousin on her bday and it was the same day as all of that other stuff.
  5. I would be more worried about a pass rusher being angry. But for a QB, who needs to know how to read defenses and throw accurately, anger doesn’t seem like the right thing to motivate that.
  6. I seem to remember hardly anyone, even the majority of our fan base, giving us a chance to make the playoffs last year.
  7. My 2 schedule predictions: We open the season @Indy We will get a home MNF game against Jacksonville
  8. Unless we are able to make the big trade up with the Giants I actually hope they take Rosen. If they don't, the Jets probably will. I don't want to have to deal with him for the next 10/15 years.
  9. Yeap, Daniel Snyder ruined their dreams
  10. Never a physical fight but back in the day I got picked on a lot for being a Bills fan since they kept losing the Super Bowl. I even knew Redskins fans who rooted for the Cowboys to beat us just because they wanted to laugh at me. Of course they were kids/teens at the time and probably didn’t grasp the Skins/Cowboys rivalry.
  11. No one has given me a hard time for being a Bills fan. Even Ravens fans congratulated me.
  12. To some extent better play to some extent better luck. Also, some AFC teams who are usually better have been going downhill lately (Baltimore, Denver, Indy). Not downplaying our playoff run but we were fortunate that the Dolphins pretty much threw in the towel in their last game while the Bengals played their hearts out for what they thought would be Marvin Lewis’ last game.
  13. His pass to Deonte Thompson in the snow game against Indy was huge. Set up McCoy’s winning TD. We probably tie that game if he doesn’t make that throw. Good luck to him.
  14. Agree, I would absolutely take him as a backup.
  15. In other news the Packers are trading Aaron Rodgers to the Chargers for a 3rd rounder and Randy Moss has decided to join Major League Baseball ...Oh wait, it’s now April 2nd.
  16. TT: So you’re telling me the only way we get into the playoffs is if you guys to beat the Ravens in week 17? We’re screwed.
  17. Of course I would prefer the Bills be the team to finally take down NE. But if we can’t I hope someone in our division does soon. Even if it’s you guys or the Dolphins.
  18. Tyrod loves teams with playoff droughts. Maybe he’ll end the longest standing playoff drought 2 years in a row.
  19. This was a game I’m sure Colts fans are glad to let us have in hindsight. They ended up with the first pick in the 98 draft where they took Peyton. A win in this game would have put them at 4-12 and tied with a number of other teams. Not sure who would have gotten the tiebreaker. I would add in our win over KC just this past season. It probably won’t be remembered very much but it was the turning point of our season after three straight bad losses that made it look like we were headed for another playoff-less season.
  20. #KellyStrong Prayers and thoughts to you and your family Jim.
  21. ***Spoiler from 2_25 episode*** So that was an unfortunate death. He will be missed very much. The show just won't be the same without Gavin.
  22. The downside to a successful season, feeling like you owe your QB a huge contract (even when your success was in spite of said QB).
  23. Is there a difference?
  24. Yes, unfortunately, the only way to watch her was to watch ice dancing but sometimes you have to make sacrifices. There was also Sasha Cohen back in the day:
