  1. Pretty sweet that the Bills will be getting an NFC South team in Buffalo next year.
  2. Fittingly, the TNF game next Thursday (11/3) will be Eagles/Texans.
  3. Next week: Giants @ Seahawks. Who would have pegged that as a big game before the season started?
  4. Chiefs score 6 TDs and they can't give one to Kelce on national Tight Ends day?
  5. I have to question the decision, on the last run play before the Giants kicked the field goal, to run the ball towards the sidelines. That took it from an almost sure fire win to a very near gut-wrenching loss. I haven't actually seen the play, just following the play-by-play online and the comments, so maybe there was some legitimate reason that I can't think of but I can't imagine that's the case. That being said, wins are wins, and 6-1 is 6-1. Good on him.
  6. No Bills this weekend, but we can watch a game featuring Brian Daboll and Josh Allen.
  7. He didn't want to draw too much attention to himself and end up getting drafted first overall by the winless Browns.
  8. Remember last week when everyone kept wondering what was wrong with the Steelers for getting beaten so badly by the Bills? They went and beat Tampa yesterday. As I recall, the same questions swirled around how bad Tennessee looked when Buffalo stomped them and they've won three straight since then. Maybe those teams weren't bad, maybe the Bills are just that freaking good.
  9. I'm more upset by how low our draft picks have been over the last few years. We used to draft so high but lately the NFL won't even let us pick in the top 20.
  10. I was driving home from the game all evening/night yesterday so I just now got to see the "roughing" call on Brady. Face it, much like we had to deal with so many times against Brady (including last year's game at Tampa) when you play against Tom you play against the refs as well.
  11. Packers fans need to own the Dez Bryant catch in the playoffs against them from years ago before they can in any way be upset about that being called incomplete.
  12. Don't know too many details about the Jags/Eagles game but it sounds like Jacksonville could have had a statement if they hadn't fumbled so much. Probably what keeps Buffalo from moving back to #1 in the PR this week.
  13. For a second there I thought this was going to be about a new Wegman's sub called "the Josh Allen". I wonder what that would include, cantaloupe?
  14. While there are a lot of Ravens fans (of course) in the Baltimore/MD area, there are also a lot of fans of other teams in the area for two reasons: 1. Being so close to DC a lot of people move there for jobs, particularly government jobs. 2. Since the Ravens are still a fairly new team a lot of people who grew up in the area had loyalties to other fan bases (Bills included) and just stuck by who they were rooting for even after the Ravens moved to Baltimore.
  15. I might be tempted to add Bud Grant in somewhere but admittedly the lack of a football championship might make him a tougher case.
  16. Bills win the Super Bowl - Cause I want it that way.
  17. Should have had them at Baltimore in 2010. I still remember that one. So many missed opportunities. Also, fun fact, the last time we went to Baltimore was the first time Lamar and Josh ever played in an NFL game. Week 1, 2018, Flacco started vs Peterman but both Lamar and Josh eventually got playing time because it was such a blowout unfortunately.
  18. Maybe some of the "sky is falling" reactions are a little mellow dramatic but this certainly wasn't a meaningless loss. We were behind KC by 1 game last year which means if we win any one of our close losses during the regular season, KC would have had to come to Buffalo in the divisional playoff game and I firmly believe we win that game in Buffalo. You could very easily make the argument that any one of last year's losses cost the Bills possibly winning the SB.
  19. Yeap, I guess no "around the NFL week 3" thread ever got created cause I was hoping this would be brought up. Ever since losing to the Commanders in week 1 he and the Jags have looked good. Next week's Jags/Eagles game could be interesting.
  20. On top of all of this, I picked the Chargers in my eliminator. Looks like I'm about to be eliminated. This week sucks.
  21. I don’t know, just feels to me like we’ve been more in control with more chances but guess it depends how you look at it.
  22. Feels like we are the better team and should be winning yet we’ve found a way to fall behind.
  23. Same hit on Allen we’d be complaining about a dirty hit and you cannot convince me otherwise.
