In reviewing the reactions, it looks like I'm in the minority here, but I don't understand why so many people have a problem with kneeling to run out the clock. The opposing team had all game to outscore you. If you've gotten the stop with the lead and the opportunity to run out the clock, you've earned the right to just take a knee and run it out. If you get sacked or don't gain a yard at any other time in the game the clock will run so that shouldn't change at the end. I just don't understand why that is such an issue for people. I hope they don't change this because it wouldn't just be a bad idea it would be a rancid idea. The fans already got their money's worth. Who cares if they are leaving in the last minute or two.

This is pretty much what I was thinking. Him really butting heads with Allen or other players who just want him gone or some type of horrible thing he's done would be the only real circumstances where I'd want him gone. But I'm thinking even Belichick, Tomlin, Harbaugh wouldn't be safe in such extreme circumstances.

It's just nice that when I hear people going through schedules for other teams and they mention that team has to play the Bills it's considered a tough stretch. Up until the last couple of years, haven't heard that too often.

UGH! Carolina destroying Baylor right now. Given who is left in their bracket, they are probably going to the final four. For crying out loud I darn sure hope they do not win it all this year.

Not sure if it counts when we weren't the ones driving (I was 11 at the time) but the night of Christmas Day 1993, on our way home from celebrating Christmas at my grandparents (typically about a 20-30 minute drive), a sudden snow storm that I don't believe was previously in the forecast hits us. About half way home it got really bad and we got stuck going down this pretty steep hill. My dad, and other cars, had to pretty much crawl down this hill knowing that at any moment our car could just start sliding uncontrollably down. We eventually got down safely but there was a lot of anxiety getting down that hill and the rest of the drive was pretty scary as well. Then, we got to the highway, not too far from our house, and there was just stopped traffic for miles due to an accident way up ahead. When we got about a mile from home, everyone but my dad got out and walked through the snow the rest of the way home. Eventually, my dad was able to fight through the traffic to get the rest of the way home safely but that was one very memorable drive/ride.
