  1. It all makes sense. If the Bills are going to target anyone it's certainly not going to be a guy like Tom Brady. No, it's obviously going to be Eric Berry.
  2. If she wants to guarantee victory she should take Tarzan with her to the end. I don't think anyone would vote for him to win at this point.
  3. Yeap, looks that way. Mods, feel free to lock.
  4. I thought it would either be the Cowboys or Packers... Giants to host Cowboys on Sept. 5
  5. Twizzlers are a 2 seed and Smarties and Pez are 15 seeds? The selection committee screwed up badly on that one. I went ahead and voted for Take 5 but unfortunately it doesn't look like it helped much.
  6. I really believe that if we play the way we played from September through October evey one of those games are very winnable perhaps with the exception of @ Houston and @ San Fran (and even those games wouldn't be impossible). Glad that it's sounding more likely that we won't have to face Peyton twice.
  7. Haha, wow, dumbest move in Survivor history. Even dumber than the people who've gotten voted out with hidden immunity idols. And if you are going to give up your immunity idol at the very least DON'T GIVE IT UP FOR FREE!!! Tell them you will give them the idol in exhange for something.
  8. What I don't understand is how is it that the Bills are "LOL" but Cleveland and Washington are not? How are either of those franchises in any better shape than us? And he even gives serious consideration for the Skins.
  9. Yeah, when I saw the challenge from last week's episode I thought the women would win. They should have given up on Kat being at the beginning a lot sooner. It's been hard to find anyone who I want to root for this season. Last season was Ozzy or bust. Did anyone look at the cast bios on CBS.com? I love how they listed "Ex-NFL player's wife" listed as Monica's occupation. Sounds more like a side note than an occupation.
  10. While I agree there is value in drafting the right players, a huge factor in my opinion is: Free agents = proven talent Rookies = Good college players who haven't proven anything on the pro level Personally, while I like Dareus and Williams, I believe the signing of Barnett was much bigger last year than any of our draft picks
  11. I'm baffled as to how anyone can say this was a bad call and that they never see this called. The only time I ever see a play like this not called intentional grounding is when they get out of the pocket and throw it away, which is the rule. But if he's in the pocket, under pressure, and throws to where there is no reciever in the area that is intentional grounding. Brady threw it way too far from anyone to even consider the possibility that it was just miscommunication on the route. It was blatant grounding.
  12. Wow, I'm surprised this is being over-looked so much. I would personally be irate if I saw Bills players partying like this after losing a superbowl (which they probably did we just didn't have the internet back then to catch it). I understand the season is over and it's time for vacations and all but doing this just hours after losing a superbowl, especially one that was such a tough loss? You would think someone who really had their heart in the game wouldn't be much into partying and celebrating that very night.
  13. Interestingly this play was to Chad.
  14. Was anyone else frustrated when Bradshaw scored that TD? At the SB party I was at we were all rooting for the Giants but I was the only one who wasn't celebrating when he scored the TD instead of downing it, running down the clock, and kicking the field goal. Glad it still worked out for a Giants win but if some of those passes on that last Patrtiots drive had gone just a little differently (like the first play that Branch almost caught) they would have been in a lot better position to win than a hailmary on the final play.
  15. Agreed for the most part. I thought the holding call against Boothe was pretty poor. It looked to me like he blocked Wilfork cleanley and Wilfork fell on his own so they just decided to throw a flag. It was a big momentum swing at the end of the half there. Otherwise, it was mostly called cleanly and the hitting was great. You could tell these teams didn't like each other.
  16. The photo of Fitz throwing the ball is funny. His arm is aiming in one direction but the ball is going somewhere completely different. Almost looks like it's right over his head.
  17. Then perhaps a better answer would be Redskins over Dolphins in Superbowl VII. But personally I'd say Panthers over Patriots in XXXVIII.
  18. Backups? He said "WE" weren't ready for weren't ready for it.
  19. I recall them having to beat us to make the playoffs when they won the superbowl in 07 as well. While the game wasn't as close as it was this year. we did start out with a 14-0 lead and as I recall we lost our momentum after a roughing the kicker penalty committed by the great Donte Whitner.
  20. Well call me an irrational hater but I'd rather the Ravens go to the Superbowl even if they get blown out than the Patriots go and it turns out to be a close game. Heck, I even heard that a lot of Steeler fans are rooting for the Ravens because they don't want Brady to win another ring.
  21. I would be stunned if Cleveland and Washington and Miami all pass on him.
  22. I am very suspect of Jeff Fisher as it seems like after many years as the HC of the Oilers/Titans they were only really consistently good when McNair was in his prime. The problem with the Rams is they are probably going to be looking up to the 49ers for a while. With young talent and a HC who has had so much success in only his first year I see the Niners being a dominant force in the NFC for years to come. I don't know that Bradford, Fisher, Williams, etc are enough to compete with that.
  23. I'm not big on Flacco but I really believe he is better than Sanchez and look what happened last year.
  24. This blown call was far more inexcusable IMO: Louisiana-Lafayette uses six players on game-winning possession
