I agree that it is a coaching problem - as well as a GM problem, because he keeps drafting and acquiring players who seem to have nothing to offer to the coaches. But Allen should be hyping his teammates up despite the clear coaching issues. He’s not. He’s pouting, sulking and sucking. And for anyone who wants to throw cute stats in my face, I would counter with one word: “WHEN?” It ain’t when it matters.

That game was the beginning of the end, IMO. I’m more specifically referring to the last half of last season and all of this season so far.

The problem is that Allen isn’t part of the difference; he’s part of the problem. I can’t think of a player who looks more disengaged than Josh when the chips are down. As a supposed leader, the rest of the team feeds off of that.

He’s a dick. But he’s spot on with this one.

This really depends on how long Pegula is going to turn a blind eye to the FACT that this team needs an offensive expert HC. If Pegula plans on giving McDermott another handful of years, this team will not even sniff a Super Bowl. So why bother keeping Josh?

All I wanted … and I don’t think it was a lot to ask … is that we got a PROVEN manager … i.e. - one with at least an hour of f*cking experience!!! I am not happy about this hire. How about the disconnect between Beane and his HC and OC? The guy has brought in about 37 different running backs via tread, FA and draft and None of them have been properly utilized. I don’t know if that’s on Beane or McDermott - but it is clearly a problem. Coming into the season (again) with Diggs and “dot dot dot” at WR was foolish. Beane practically sold his soul to get Hines and the McDermott brain trust turned him into a special teamer (I know this was last season, but it still pisses me off). Ze did finally kind of address the o line, but with limited weapons, how much will that matter? Beane has done this offense no favors, but Dorsey’s ineptitude- I’m my humble opinion- is the biggest problem. And I’ll add that Hollywood Josh is a close #2. He’s looked like TuhROD, the way he holds the ball so long.

Other than making no sense at all, this makes a lot of sense.
