  1. Please never bring me into PPP.
  2. I did it all for the nookie, Joe.
  3. That was something, wasn't it???? Most thought he was either dead or in jail.
  4. Santana was fantastic at Woodstock. So many acts were great. I can't even come close to narrowing it down at this point.
  5. I'm telling you, they taste very close to a regular Heb Nat'l. I ate these years ago when I was on Weight Watchers.
  6. These are 97% fat free and are still solid hot dogs.
  7. I (49 years old) have never listened to KC and would be able to "point them out," if I was played every song they ever recorded. I have friends my age, however (all musicians), who love them. They're coming to my hometown, but I won't go. I do think it's cool that they're playing smaller arenas, though.
  8. On our way to the Dome to see our local football team compete in (and win) the states, we went to Heid's. Loved it!! Even got a jar of mustard to take home.
  9. Going into a season with Peterman and Allen. Benjamin. Kroft. These things chose me to vote 81-90. Mostly the first one.
  10. Long ago in days untoldWere ruled by lords of greedMaidens fared with gold they daredTo bare their wombs that bleed Kings and queens and guillotinesTaking lives deniedStarch and parchment laid the lawsWhen bishops took the ride Only to deceive
  11. Oasis brothers went to battle quite a bit. The original KISS lineup (i.e. - the only good KISS lineup) were fractured by 1978.
  12. Eagles were another good one (for fights).
  13. Just like the Police.
  14. You asked for it ……………... @ExiledInIllinois
  15. Off the top of my head, I'll go with Pepsi. They did a great job, for years, hiring music stars to represent them in commercials (Michael Jackson and Ray Charles come to mind).
  16. Born in 71. My bro is 6 years older. We shared a room. He was a casual Beatles fan. Had the blue and red albums and that's it. I always listened to the blue album. When I was about 10, I bought Wings Greatest Hits. Remember it like it was yesterday. Was out with my mom. Bought the album on vinyl. Then we went to visit my grandmother, where I played the album on her console stereo. That's when I got hooked on Paul. Similar story ... out with Mom .. bought Billy Joel's Songs in the Attic on vinyl and brought that to my grandmothers to play. Totally off topic, but that album is phenomenal. Back on topic ... I didn't start diving deep into the Beatles until I was well into my 20s .. maybe even early 30s. Prior to that, I was a very casual fan who loved what I'd heard, but was never inclined to buy albums and really listen. Better late than never, I suppose!
  17. 5 bucks/month is a song. No pun intended. Jump on that.
  18. I'm not that young!! Grew up in the vinyl era. Just didn't really get heavily into the Beatles until later.
  19. Okay ... I think it's thread worthy. Keep a lookout!
  20. I had no idea that side one ended with Heavy and side two began with Sun. Talk about a buzzkill.
  21. Blue/yellow pike are in the walleye family. Northern pike are not. Northern pike and pickerel are bony. Blue/yellow pike and walleye have more meat.
  22. Walleye is in the perch family. Best tasting freshwater fish, hands down. Panfish (crappies) next best. Then catfish and bullhead. Pike shares a family with Muskie and pickerel. That family is primarily catch and release (or mount, if you're a trophy guy), but very few people eat them. Same with bass. They're edible, but I don't think anyone says, "man, I can't wait to get home and eat this pike."
  23. Nice! I can only think of six Ringo-sung songs.
  24. Northern pike?? You sure about that? Yuck. I had walleye when I was in Wisconsin. I've never heard of anyone eating pike.
