The predecessor of the colonoscopy was the Barium xray. You didn't drink the white crap the night before, you took 4 tblsp of castor oil. Talk about disgusting, would rather have 4 gallons of the white crap then 4 tblsp of castor oil. As for the xray itself, most pain I've ever been in (and I had Eric Woods compound fracture injury in 76). That was enough to get me to change a meat and potatoes based diet to a fruit and vegetable based diet.

If Mike Williams worked as hard as Maybin he would have been at least serviceable as he showed last year for Washington until injured. Maybin tries hard, he just isn't a very good football player. Not sure who this makes the bigger bust but at least the coaches found a way to get Williams on the field.

Every Satuday & Sunday April-Sepetember (unless the Bills have a home game) plus once every 2-3 weeks during the work week. Whenever possible March and October.

The timing works out well as I am (really) hosting a clam bake today...since no Bills game=no tail gate thought I would leave myself Sunday to recover and show up clear headed to work on Monday for a change. One question...we're still in daylight savings time, was the EST a typo?

This keeps things in perspective. Football is, after all, just a game. Most of our lives would not be that much different if the Bills record was reversed, though it would make Sunday afternoons a bit more fun.
