  1. can he block? If so, trading Woods and a 7th may get it done. Perhaps a 7th up to a 5th depending on production w/o a player thrown in.
  2. exactly. Intent to injure should not matter. He intentionally hit him in the manner in which he did (leaving his feet, blindside block, etc.) He should be suspended. An NHL player would be. How odd if suddenly the NHL cares more about player safety than the NFL.
  3. incorrect. AW was looking at the play and got blindsided by a guy who targeted AW's head. Watch the video. People do get hurt. But like in Hockey, leaving your feet to target the head should = suspension. Also, AW was not near the play, and Landry came at him from the side. AW was watching the backfield, that's why he didn't see Landry. Love Eric Wood's comments. Also note the Bills (and I would assume any team with an understanding of the Rules) teach WR's NOT to do what Landry did. Landry should be out 4+ games. http://buffalonews.com/2016/10/23/eric-wood-calls-jarvis-landrys-hit-aaron-williams-garbage/
  4. ah, the typical self-loathing Bills fan post. Brady is too much of a sissy to talk trash, Blount likely too high. Edelman likely will.
  5. Wow. If he doesn't get suspended for that, Pegs should refuse to play the next Dolphins game. Or something. That was about as dirty a hit as one can make. He targets him, in the head, leaves his feet, and AW is about a mile away from the play.
  6. I hope we have a healthy Shady next week. I'm going up for the game and I really don't care if they sit him through the Bye week. The difference in a RB like Shady healthy and hamstring bothered is night and day. Rex should be on an even shorter leash after letting Shady play. Totally moronic. But then again, it's Rex.
  7. Rex is too player friendly, and McCoy is a baller. Rex prob asked Shady if he felt okay. Shady said "yes." Rex puts him in. I agree. Totally unacceptable to have Shady play against Miami so he can re-aggravate the hamstring. Was Rex not around last year?!??! Doesn't he see the difference between a hobbled Shady and a non-injured Shady?
  8. That is a very good/creative thought! I like it. And NFL refs should be able to notice this during live-game action. he freaking grabs Julio's arm and twists him well before the ball is there.
  9. ESPN is a total disaster of a station. Whatever your views on any "social issue," ESPN long-ago stopped with sports and got into garbage programming. Whether it's a extra soapy behind the scenes look at a players life, or some HS team, I just want new on what is going on in the world of sports. You want to be a social commentator, great, go work for a news outlet. You want to analyze sports, go to a sports station.
  10. I hope the Bills fans boo the living daylights out of him. Even liberal icon Ruth Bader Ginsberg thinks Kap is a total moron for going about it this way. People who disagree with him have every right to boo.
  11. Perfect suggestion. And Brissett is better than Kaep currently. Further, Blunt is better than Hyde. We should shut them out/hold them to FG's. If not, the D should be embarrassed. (unless they are on the field all day b/c the offense keeps going 3 and out)
  12. McCoy averaging 9.1 YPC before the last kill-the-clock drive. TT's vanishing acts are bizzare. Sometimes he looks like Big Ben, other times like JP.
  13. Shady O-Line LB's. Whaley (got some great FA's to put into place on D. Alexander great pickup. Washington is a solid player. Can't wait to see Raggland next year and perhphas Lawson later this year).
  14. We need some help at WR for sure. TT not turning the ball over is huge. This is true. The 3 and outs are concerning. Not sure if it's the play-calling or TT. TT's had some terrible issues with accuracy, but also had a great TD throw to Goodwin. Some better WR's and more time throwing the ball I think solves the problem. I can't think of another B in the NFL right now who'd be available that I'd start over him. Tanny is terrible; Oswiler is playing awful with 2 GREAT WR's.
  15. This states that the Bills have cancelled a workout with him: http://www.wkbw.com/sports/bills/reports-bills-to-workout-re-sign-karlos-williams
  16. that's a good one! Would love to have him back. Shady, Karlos and Mike are a great trio of backs to have. You could even have plays where you have Karlos as the RB and have Shady out wide to open up the passing game more.
  17. exactly. If they cut him, we should grab him ASAP. Right now we have no No.1 WR with Watkins injury of unknown duration. Get Gordon, let Watkins heal fully, and roll Gordon and Watkins next season.
  18. totally agree with this. He is the leader out there. Underrated by most (non-Bills fans).
  19. not a huge Rex fan, but that was funny right there. Seems like a great guy, I want him (well, the Bills) to Win. Hopefully we will get another W Sunday and start a winning streak.
  20. I'd be fine if the price is low. I'd also look at Bradford or Bridgewater. IT's clear the passing game is holding the team back (last in NFL through first 3 weeks). And imagine what Shady could do if teams could not key in on him??!!!
  21. exactly. he has not been a disappointment at all. He blocked very well. The fact our QB can't see him open is a problem.
  22. yeah great highlight by him, but either: (1) totally selfish to pad his stats; or (2) simply boneheaded.
  23. I totally agree. Lynn had the offense looking like last years. Lets see if the D can continue the success the remainder of the year.
  24. Since we are guessing Schwartz's next home in another forum, lets also guess Reich's next home. If Wentz continues playing at the level he is, and Reich is the main reason for that, he will be in demand. I'm thinking the following in no particular order: Buffalo (if implosion happens) Miami (attempt to get the "potential" out of Tanny) Jacksonville
