The best question was the one about buying a jacket. The reporter clearly had no clue he played at Wyoming, or that it is freezing up there in the winter.

Tony Garcia OT Released By Pats

pats*** are not infallible. They did draft an OL this year. Perhaps he lost too much weight. Perhaps could play guard here. -
I recommend an Edmunds jersey. Guy is going to be a beast!!

Who can we trade so we're in position for - Nick Bosa?

possible when AJ goes 13-3!!~ -
Beane just said guy was falling that he wanted
RyanC883 replied to boyst's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Chark. But not jumping up got them Phillips. More important, IMO. Guy should never have fallen to the 3rd round. But I would have been tempted to grab Chark. No guarantee you get someone in the 3rd. Or, could it be Phillips that fell, he was going to move up, decided against it, and got him anyway?? -
Bills UDFA signings & Rookie minicamp invitees

4.33. Did he return kicks? Will be nice to have a speed CB go up against our speed WR's in practice at the very least! I love how this FO is constructing this team. -
not liking the Edmunds pick should disqualify anyone from ranking a draft EVER again. He was a top 10 talent by almost any measure and by anyone who ranks prospects. He is 20 freaking years old. We could have found our Defensive QB for the next 15 years. Think about that. And then you have Phillips in front of him when KW and Star retire. Still lukewarm on the Allen pick. But overall, another great draft. Won't surprise me if we end up with 3 starters out of it (Edmunds, Wyatt, and Phillips--I think he beats out Star for starting in the rotation by the end of the year).

Meanwhile, Mike Mayock has us taking 2 of his top 11 players (Allen and Edmunds). If you leave a draft with two top 11 players, with picks 12 and 22 to start, you win. Also, Edmunds is a top 4 talent on many people's board. Getting him at 16 was a steal, as was Phillips in the 3rd. It's like we didn't need those 2nd rounders that we "overpaid" for. I've been a HUGE critic of drafting Allen. By every metric he will be a top tier backup at best. Hopefully those metrics are wrong, or AJ goes nuts this year, keeps Allen on the bench and we trade Allen in a year or 2 for a 1st and 2nd. Overall, I'd give us an A. Esp. when you consider the UDFA haul we pulled in.

Gil Brant on Sirius yesterday - awful
RyanC883 replied to thunderingsquid's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
While Gil Brant's comment was totally inappropriate and racist, so was your comment that all old white men are racist. "I know it's convenient to pile on old white dudes as being racist- it's like calling water wet" BTW, the Giants are winning the draft, IMO. got the best RB, best OG, a great DL, and now just got their "next" QB in Kyle L. -
Should the Bills "double up" at QB and draft Falk, Kyle L, or White if one is still available in the 5th?
-
Still good WR's available: St. Brown, Cobbs, Hamiliton, Atteman. We'll shore up the OL a bit then grab a RB and WR. Still win games with good lines. Without time to throw, a good WR is wrothless.

LaCanfora: Bills Doubling Back on Rosen
RyanC883 replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
whomever we draft the board will crash. It's draft day!!!! As long as we don't get Allen. wow. only sacked once, and playing against unblocked Bosa. Makes you think the 5INt's were a survival mode thing almost. I think Peterman will be much better this year. -
this appears to be as unrealistic as the no QB mock. I'd be thrilled if we go him.
-
OG/C Ragnow. Tackle still needs help. Chark can deal with the McCarron QB issue. bye. thanks for coming!
-
just for fun. do it.

Ok, clearly this will not happen. But, for fun, submit your "no QB" draft from Fanspeak. Used "classic" difficulty, although I'm having "difficulty" telling the difference between the two. Here, we shore up the LB and WR corp, , an OL starter, add quality depth at CB, DL, RB 1: R1P12 LB TREMAINE EDMUNDS VIRGINIA TECH 2: R1P22 LB RASHAAN EVANS ALABAMA 3: R2P21 WR D.J. CHARK LSU 4: R2P24 C FRANK RAGNOW ARKANSAS 5: R3P1 WR ANTHONY MILLER MEMPHIS 6: R3P32 EDGE DUKE EJIOFOR WAKE FOREST 7: R4P21 RB JAYLEN SAMUELS NORTH CAROLINA STATE 8: R5P29 CB AVONTE MADDOX PITTSBURGH 9: R6P13 DL BREELAND SPEAKS MISSISSIPPI

I don't get how they can criticize Gettleman for (1) not drafting a QB; and (2) bypassing other teams offers and drafting Barkley. The Giants are clearly trying to extend Eli's window. If they draft a QB, they need to trade Eli. And they have no running game. Barkley is a once every 5 year RB. If they had Elliott, they would be much better.
-
I would like the Packers to be playing so well that Rodgers just chucks the ball wherever he wants, and hopefully it ends up in the hands of White, Hyde, Davis or Poyer. Once each. That gives us a chance of winning.
-
I will not watch any more of the draft if we trade up for Allen, or even draft him at 12. Allen is absolutely terrible. It's pure hubris by any FO/Coaching staff that drafts him that they can magically fix him. All the "excuses" about his WR's, etc. have been debunked. https://www.sbnation.com/nfl/2018/4/24/17271686/josh-allen-nfl-draft-2018-stats-analysis-comparisons Mason Rudolph is a better pick (still yuck, but better).

OP. Thanks for sharing. Ignore the ppl bashing you. They don't have to read the thread if they don't want. I'm open to any rumors this time of year. It's the whole pre-draft experience for fans.
