  1. build a dome, FA problem solved. 😜👍
  2. the Jags taking him?!??, or who do you think trades up for him? I have the Jags staying and taking Neal.
  3. I’m the same with Dotson. He looks great, but the Sammy Watkins experience of great ball snatching scares me a bit given Dotson’s size. I won’t be upset if we draft him.
  4. OT needs a change and it’s ridiculous the Bills voted against a change a few years ago. Better late than never.
  5. better field position, offense has to drive longer to score. Gives the D, esp the playmaking secondary more time to make a play.
  6. the Cards seem to be having offseason issues. If he still has that speed I’d do a 5th. I fhe produces he will likely be too expensive to keep, if he is a dud then a 5th is an ok price to pay for the gamble
  7. Feirmeuth (sp) level talent!?!? If he is that talented I’d want him in the 3rd easily.
  8. what round do you think? I know nothing about him, interested though.
  9. this would benefit the D, which to be honest obtained its rankings against a crop of average QBs.
  10. didn’t we try tk get him a year or two ago?
  11. who do u want as backup qb then?
  12. nope, Oliver is more of an occasional difference maker who came on at the end of last year. I’d say he is also a disappointment given where drafted for sure.
  13. Tampa sells out i think.
  14. and we traded up for Edmunds. A bust given what we invested. Not a bust player (an average type guy), but a FO bust. that said, if a true difference maker is available I’d draft him. BPA all day anywhere but QB
  15. I’d rather spend FA money on Edge. Find RB in draft. There are no studs in FA at RB, IMO. Would rather chase Godwin at WR if not edge in fA people can change. Anger issues that create domestic abusers are treatable psychological conditions. That DOES NOT excuse the abuse, but the idea ppl are incapable of change is not true
  16. bingo. this is another reason for a dome. as an out of towner with young kids the Houston downpour game was terrible, then went back with a friend for worse weather v. Indy. I think some out of town fans won’t buy until they know the weather situation. weather
  17. this is some high level conspiracy stuff right there!
  18. whose your fav guy that you have seen mocked to us at 25? i think there should be a good contributor at 25.
  19. also get another RB. Less designed Ja run plays.
  20. interesting, thanks for the write-up. Could be an interesting 2nd round grab if we are able to get Jordan Davis in the 1st. CB class seems really deep this year.
  21. lots of teams/fans that lose gripe about officiating. Seattle did it in 2005, I'm sure others as well. it's like they forgot about the bad calls that went their way during the game. Ref inconsistency is the issue, and all consequential plays (TDs, first downs at end of half's with alleged play-impacting penalties or non-calls) should be reviewable by a committee of refs.
  22. I think you may be completely overboard here. What you are suggesting is that all these games are fixed. That seems odd given the blatant PI non-call on Higgins when the Bengals scored a TD. True, the refs only found their whistles in the last 2 minutes of the game, and that's maddening, but the Rams still had to get the ball into the redzone to draw the questionable PI call, which could have been a makeup for the non-call on Higgins.
  23. This is a great write-up. Thanks! I agree with almost everything here, with the following 2 thoughts: 1. I would have no problem signing an older DT who is still productive, esp. if we are able to get Jordan Davis in the draft. Would be nice to have an older vet with the younger rookies, and we still have a young DT room with Harry, Davis and Oliver. McLendon may be a decent value. I just wouldn't cap the age at 29, I think we are young enough you get the best guy you can, even if "short-term". 2. I would prefer Osbah at DE over Key, I think Osbah will develop and provide better pass rush value. But I see the argument for flexibility with Key. Could we let Addison and Hughes go and get them both? Not sure I would, but interesting thought. 3. When AJ was drafted, wasn't it stated that he could also slide inside? Has this ever happened? He seems to lack the "burst" you need from a DE.
  24. good point. Rams (2SB appearances and one win) v. Steelers would make more sense. perhaps you should not go to the next one, Mr. Jinx 😜. I kid. no, if the question was would you rather win a SB or have a consistently great team that never does everyone would take the SB winning team. But the Eagles are a bad choice. It should be “win now Rams” v. Steelers.
