  1. I would guess it's based on a formula of how much money the team brings to the area (tickets, food, hotel rooms, etc.) divided by the population of the city. But I can't see how San Diego would be that high. Interesting, because Buffalo has a bigger stadium than both.
  2. Not getting rid of Hang-man. He has great value as a capable back up at all three interior positions. Plus, his superior intelligence is a huge asset. He's not going anywhere. Moreover, what if the grand Urbrik experiment doesn't work out?
  3. I think I'm going to start the Arron Maybin fan club . . . mark this thread, this is his breakout year!
  4. "To make room for Asomugha and other free agents, the Jets re-worked the contracts of running back LaDainian Tomlinson, linebackers Calvin Pace and Bart Scott and guard Brandon Moore." That is just too funny!!!! Couldn't happen to a better organization.
  5. Is this a TBD record, 29 pages? Anyhow, let's hope they had a plan "B" and we see it today. Time to move on boyz
  6. Happiest man in the world today, well, at least in BIlls Nation: Marcus Easley http://www.buffalonews.com/sports/bills-nfl/article504918.ece I'm looking forward to seeing him on the field, he looks like he's transformed his body into a TO type, hoping his game is a TO type. Anyhow, who are you most anxious to see as training camp opens (besides a new and as yet, unnamed, right tackle)? Easley gets my vote
  7. NAIA is about DIvision 2 level, mostly scholarship players . . . but with less restrictions of NCAA
  8. my sentiments exactly . . this is a good signing, especially sense we took him from the Jets
  9. Get Olsen for draft picks, but no need to trade Evans, he is still the best receiver the Bills have
  10. ha ha, ha, . . . . can he play linebacker? keep 'em coming
  11. Ugh! Another wasted 1st round pick . . . no, show the fans some love and let him go just so we can purge the memories
  12. Even with a bad wheel, he is an upgrade. I still would rather have Clabol, but if not him, then get Willie.
  13. He was signed as a back-up QB, nothing more, nothing less
  14. I think Chan and Charlie Manuel (Phillies Manager), are twins separated at birth.
  15. Agreed . . . but I do believe it is imperative that the BIlls sign three people this FA period: 1) A quality RT who can hold it down for several years; 2) An equal to, or better than, ILB for the same money Poz would have received; and, 3) Some type of upgrade at TE, it doesn't have to be top tier guy, but a good value who upgrades the position.
  16. Well, Florence is pretty good, but he's not that good . . . don't over pay for him. Use the money to get a top LB or OT
  17. Either would be an upgrade . . . although Clabo is younger and thus would have more value But we're the Bills, we can't be choosey
  18. just read it again, truly an all time Stadium Wall classic
  19. I think Nix is just bluffing, what's he suppose to say, "We're going to go hog while in free agency"? They'll go after guys that will make the team better; value guys that they want around for awhile. I HOPE ? ? ?
  20. Good to hear them talking about real football things!!!!!
  21. He's already a fan favorite, which won't get you too far on the practice field. Nonetheless, I hope he makes it. And as many have already said, if he has any inkling of ability, he's too big and attractive - in a football sort of way - to hide on a practice squad. If he's cut, be assured, he just really sucks.
