  1. Some of you guys have a pretty warped view of that leg hit near the end of the game where Favre hurt his ankle. Watch again, the saint was trying to slow down and as it was, made sure he didn't hit Favre in the leg with his helmet. From that angle if he was trying to "drill" Favre, they would have carried him off the field with 2 broken legs (or maybe knees). That being said, I agree that if it was Tom Terrific being hit, flag at the very least.
  2. +1000000000000000000000000000000
  3. I didn't think any teams ever got hosed except the Bills, because of league bias ????
  4. I was thinking exactly the same thing. Certainly not the public sector (except maybe financial).
  5. I was flipping through channels last night and stumbled upon a Jets homer show, I think on MSG. All 4 "analysts" predicted the Jets crushing the Colts. Here is how it will happen (according to them mind you, not me ): 1) The Indy corners will get burned early, often, and mercilessly by Sanchez and the wide outs. 2) Because of #1, the Jets will take an early lead. 3) The Indy offense and defense, not used to being behind, would start pressing and choke. Thus leading to even more points for the Jets. I kept waiting for them to burst out laughing or at least crack a smile, but they never did! You gotta love homers
  6. That's what the Bills will be doing as well, watching the superbowl. I don't care if Chan was the second coming, no way anyone gets this team to the superbowl in one year.
  7. Already a thread on this my friend.
  8. I'm all for giving Chan a chance. But factually: Winning record as HC of Dallas, yes, .563 ... not exactly awe inspiring. And he actually had 1 playoff game each year with Dallas. Even with a 8-8 second season. Lost them both. Link
  9. Marshawn seems hostile. Runs over hookers and keeps guns in the trunk of his car.
  10. That's a few minutes of my life I'll never get back. !@#$ing stupid.
  11. It is never hopeless. Lightning does strike sometimes. Take the lottery as an example. It's possible you could win, just not very likely.
  12. Dude needs to hire a new fact checker. Birthdate January 5, 1952. That makes him 58. Unfortunately I can't find fault with the rest of what he says.
  13. Interesting analogy.
  14. And consider that when he is thanking his God for something, it means the opposing players Gods just !@#$ed them. Well one kinda did, Pat Roberston. But he didn't blame God, he blaimed the people of Haiti for making a deal with Satan and that's why God screwed them over.
  15. Your post echos what I feel a lot of Bills fans are going through. Most will continue to support the team. That's what the Bills organization is counting on.
  16. Does it really matter? Gailey is the coach now.
  17. Career record 18–16–0 (NFL) Head coaching record (NFL): 2 seasons total, 1998 and 1999 (yeah 12 years ago), 18-14 (avg 9-7) He might not suck, and he may very well prove to be an upgrade to what we have had recently. But using terms like "consistent WINNER" when speaking of his past are not warranted. Unless your definition of consistent WINNER is a tick above .500.
  18. Yup, and Meyers is looking more and more like the real deal every game.
  19. It ended up pro Gailey I guess, but in a almost backhanded way.
  20. Chan the Man
  21. Some would hate anybody. Some would like anybody. And some, like me, are ambivalent. Chan Gailey Career NFL Record: 18–16–0 Basically a .500 guy in the past. Assuming he hasn't somehow become a lot better over the last year, expecting the same in Buffalo sounds reasonable. So we would be looking at 8-8 seasons, give or take a game or two. Nothing to hate or jump off a bridge about, but nothing to get overly excited about either I'd say. But then again, he does want the job which earns him bonus points.
  22. The NFL makes TV money off of it. Nuff said.
  23. Gailey is not looking for a real OC remember. Just a shill.
