  1. @NewEra may sue for copyright infringement
  2. How many more “how many yards will Kincaid have tonight” threads will pop up before kickoff??!!
  3. Confirmed: a bum.
  4. Breaking news. Herbert is a bum
  5. he was the operator of the jet ski. he will be easily replaced.
  6. moving or standing still, they don’t have to honor his contract
  7. No I haven’t (this was a party Araiza was at anyway) No you wouldn’t.
  8. Agreed. They out-talented everyone on Defense--it hardly mattered who their QB was.
  9. There's one lol. The rest seem to have had "an epiphany" after watching a youtube highlight reel.
  10. I said that at least a dozen posts ago. you disagreed. As for the rest, I've never once thought my HS/college age sons would find themselves in the situation Araiza at least placed himself in (we'll hear all about that in the civil suit), so it never "hit home". It's safe to say you wouldn't care, then or, strangely, still-- if he never put on the Bills jersey. He's hardly the first pro athlete accused thusly.
  11. This Bama team shouldn’t be in the top 10. D simply cannot tackle. QB is a mess. Making Ewers look like Joe Burrow out there.
  12. I meant when he was there
  13. Have you guys really watched that much Utah football?
  14. I haven't forgotten anything. It's just of little consequence---your unusual passion is misplaced. Why keep carrying that torch? If he was drafted for the Dolphins or the Raiders, you would never have posted anything. He's gone. You need to let him go......
  15. 48% of all subscribers is "dying"? Anyway, Wall Street has already decided subscriber numbers for streamers no longer reflect value--only revenue does. More subscribers aren't keeping up with the massive costs of creating content. That model is now killing them. They cannot sign up enough subscribers to pay for the content. For the most part, cable companies don't create much content so they have negligible production costs. Charter is trying to be a one stop shop--carrying streamers as well. They are willing to walk away Fromm the cable business. Disney can't afford to walk away from it's streaming mess. https://www.wired.com/story/hbo-max-netflix-disney-plus-day-streaming-died/ https://www.techradar.com/features/2022-was-the-year-streaming-services-thrived-and-died https://www.washingtonpost.com/arts-entertainment/2022/09/07/streaming-tv-changes-crisis/
  16. When the full report came out from the investigation I acknowledged it. No one cares anymore though, except a very.....select group of posters here.
  17. between the last Q of 2022 and the 1st Q of 2023, Disney+ lost 6.5 million subscribers. they are the ones struggling here. but keep going, you're doing great. tell us more about your phone chats with Spectrum...
  18. you said he had nothing, and that signed releases rendered it all moot anyway..
  19. your point is you're too lazy to read about this. why not do so and get back to us?
  20. what were you expecting after that barely readable post (and that was after you edited it)? did you expect me to agree that everything published on the internet about the current dispute between Charter and Disney is a lie because Spectrum disconnected you in a phone chat? no, I can't see myself doing that.
  21. "NewEra's Obsession"
  22. yikes---still carrying water for an almost rookie Punter? creepy... it's a ripe for abuse tort system that has hurt the medical profession (or the practice of it, to be more accurate). anyway, a solid defense is good lawyering.
