  1. it's so nice to NOT be a part of this conversation anymore. According to Sam Farmer of the Los Angeles Times, the news that seemed inevitable is out Kroenke plans to build an NFL stadium in Inglewood, near the site of the old Hollywood Park race track. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/01/05/rams-owner-ready-to-build-an-nfl-stadium-in-l-a/
  2. LaCanfora's source is agent jimmy sexton (and marrone himself).

  4. "It's like the National Enquirer," Brandon joked " It's agent-on-agent crime, basically, listening to all the nonsense that's out there." .... "It's hard in our business not to get caught up in the noise, but it's just that. It's noise," http://www.syracuse.com/buffalo-bills/index.ssf/2014/12/russ_brandon_bills_on_2014_season_team_president.html
  5. by Dennis Williams ?
  6. jeff littman and polian have a history of clashing. littman is probably the main guy who was bashing polian to pegula. littman is gone. marrone wanted out, plain and simple. marrone's contract, thanks to Brandon, made it easy. nothing pegula could do. the idea that pegula is in over his head because of these two developments is laughable.
  7. yep, that's the way I'm reading it
  8. the "rift" started the moment Russ Brandon empowered his new head coach with a sweetheart deal contract that gave the coach $4 mil to leave if there was an ownership change (a very likely scenario) and $8 mil if fired. "go ahead and fire me". marrone never had a motivation to play nice. now he's a rat on top of that, telling Polian unnamed bills brass (likely jeff littman) bad mouthed polian to the pegula's. don't be surprised if russ Brandon and doug whaley have golden parachutes if they are abruptly let go.
  9. the confusion was that it was being reported that Spiller had a choice and it was his decision to either opt in or opt out. he has no choice. he is a free agent.
  10. this is a new low for jerry.
  11. "go ahead and fire me" - doug marrone http://www.inquisitr.com/1455077/buffalo-bills-coach-doug-marrone-gets-into-shouting-match-with-team-executive-says-go-ahead-and-fire-me/ If the team would have fired Marrone, the total would have been up to $8 million. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/01/04/bills-sources-trash-marrone/
  12. after losing a home game to snow. must be a retractable roof for year round use.
  13. what's next....adulterers, substance abuse violators, PED's, wife beaters, child abusers, drunks, car speeders, personal conduct violators, sinners, involuntary manslaughter, convicts. complete waste of time.
  14. but, but, the guy who should know (whaley) said it was just $16 mil. we could quibble all day, because it's almost impossible to get a verifiable number. projected cap is a very volatile number. it actually should be about $150, but owners are trying to "phase" in the new TV money over a couple years. anyways the current consensus from the league is it likely to be $138-143 for 2015. The NFL Players Association disagrees, expecting the number to be much higher. Spiller is a Free Agent in 2015. his 2015 contract year is voidable. Once the player hits a minimum playtime threshold the void kicks in. There is no option on the void, it’s an automatic termination of the contract once earned. which he earned. Bills are on the hook for $2.1 mil in Dead Money for 2015. http://overthecap.com/cj-spiller-mysterious-player-option/ where did you get the carryover number from ?
  15. going to hurt either way for Arizona. $14.4 in Dead Money in 2015 if they cut him. $23.6 Cap Hit if they keep him. http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/arizona-cardinals/larry-fitzgerald/
