Does Terry Pegula Have A Clear Strategic Plan? why would he share his plan publicly ?? so his competition can beat him to the punch ? so fans and press can rip him a new one for not getting plan "A" accomplished in warp speed ??

the jilted lover syndrome is weak. season ended one week ago. pegula has signaled loud and clear changes are coming. it's all good.

right off the bat, i thought his PR skills handling the press was very troubling. having said that, you are what your record says you are. at 9-7 he exceeded my expectations. this jilted lover syndrome some fans have is weak. i dont blame him one bit, he did us a favor by leaving now. he would have been gone after next year anyways and as a bonus we get a new OC.

you take em as they come. this team has needs at QB, OG, TE, DE you can be working all of them simultaneously. if you like a deal with an OG before you like one at QB, you do it and move on.

marrone was advised by his agent to opt out. he tried to force an extension which failed. polian was initially asked to consult only, that changed when marrone opted out and became a rebuild.. patty tried to get ted black fired and lost a power struggle. brandon, nix and whaley are all capable of keeping the ship afloat. pegula has signaled changes are coming. patience grasshoper. it's all good.

Polian was interested in only being a big picture "consultant". observing an already established organization and making recommendations. not the tedious everyday grind of building one from the ground up. simple as that.
