Hadn't gone to the doctor for 7 years (age 50-57). Had a stroke at age 57. Now 4 years later, I go yo my GP, cardiologist , nephrologist, and neurologist twice a year. Lots off stuff can I have no outward symptoms which tests can find. My nephrologist checks my creatinine level which is a sign of kidney damage if it goes up too high. You don't have any major symptoms until it is pretty high. When I had my stroke, they said I had about a month before my kidney failed (I only have one since I had the other remove when I was 4 in 1961). I'm ok now. A friend had a routine PSA test (had no symptoms at all. The # was through the roof. He had to have his prostate removed at Roswell it was full of cancer. He is fine now. Get a checkup to head off any future problems.

The one on Forest has a small electrical box in the wall where you waited in line . There was a piece of wood in there to stop someone from getting electrocuted. Someone wrote on it "Can't F*** with this a**h***." The original 3 locations (Forest, Bailey and Seneca) had no seats. You ordered, got the food, and left. At the Bailey location I had gotten my food and was waiting outside for my friend to get his, A guy comes running up the sidewalk chased by several other guys. He suddenly grabs me to use me as a shield against the others. One of those guys takes me, pushes me off to the side and they start pummeling him until the police sirens start and they all take off.

I find it a real stretch to relate air pollution to a disease that is caused by autoimmune disease (type 1) and obesity (type 2). Type 1 (juvenile) diabetes is when you body kills off the insulin producing cells. Type 2 is when your body still makes insulin but the cells don't respond to it.

I was in 11th grade the year of the Watergate hearings (1974) and that is US history. The teacher spent most of the spring going over the Constitution and she used the hearings to go over yje part on impeachment. We had homework to watch the news about the hearings.

Vader is the head of the San Jose Bills Backers and I have known him for many years. I have not seen him for about 5 years after I moved back to Buffalo. I just found out yesterday about this and I hope to be able to get him out to the Falls the day before the game. I haven't seen a game in person in at least 6 years, soI will also be trying to make it to the opener too.

My mom is almost 92. She can get around with a walker and still has her faculties . Her memory is slowly going like asking me to do something several times in a few hours , but she can take care of herself. When I had my stroke 4 years ago, she paid to have ny brother and brother-in-law come out to California to bring me and my stuff back to Buffalo (I had no relatives in CA). I recovered and have been taking care of her since like having to do the wash, clean the house, and shop for her. She says she is sorry that she has to rely on me for these things, but I tell her that I am happy to pay her back for rescuing me from having to stay in a nursing home while I was rehabbing. I tell her she had to wipe my ass so many times when I was a baby and now it is my turn to help her out now.
