Update on the cleanup. The debris at the fairgrounds has been cleaned up. The gaming building is not damaged, but there was a lot of damage to the roof of the east grandstands at the track. Lots of trees down in the south part of Chestnut Ridge, The east side (with the casino building) was open on Friday, but the west side (where the Eternal Flame is) is still closed. Lots of trees down in Holland. There are lots of crews working on it. My brother works for the Erie County Highway Dept. and he worked 12 hours Thursday and Friday and will be working Saturday and Sunday.
