  1. McD is really good at saying a bunch of words and revealing nothing. That's why I don't listen to him. 😀
  2. There will be better options for backup QB. Situation is the same as last year, Bills will want an experienced QB who can win a game or two if needed. Fitz and Dalton are better options than Darnold imo
  3. Geez Jets have quite a few quality picks. Can they get it together and build a team around Zach Wilson?
  4. All of the above plus he will make more money as a player than an assistant QB coach.
  5. Williams knows he's getting paid starter RT money. Pretty sure he'll take a pay cut. Bills should cut Feliciano though, sign a FA LG who can beat out Bates, and draft a C/G who'll eventually replace Morse.
  6. I actually have neutral feelings about the Bengals and Burrow, but it's ***** takes like this that allow me to hate certain teams. I guess I'll hate the Bengals by next week.
  7. Just don't see the Bills cutting Williams. A pay cut sure but he started every game last year. The Bills Oline depth is pretty weak. Williams can also play OT. If you cut Williams you need a starting RG and a backup tackle. Not sure Doyle is ready for OT3.
  8. Oline is an area of concern. Not sure how much personnel changes though. I think they'll re-sign Bates and Boettger even though he's injured. Ford is on his last year of his rookie contract. He's cheap so I think they keep him and hope Kromer can fix him. I can see Williams doing a restructure I.e. pay cut. Too much for a guard. I can see Feliciano being traded or cut. He's dropped on the depth chart and his contract is too much. I could see the Bills drafting 2 Oline guys.
  9. I used to watch any NFL game that was on tv. I've become more selective lately. If it's an appealing matchup I'll probably watch it. If not, I'll likely find something else to do.
  10. I'm still a diehard Bills fan but not a diehard fan of the NFL anymore.
  11. I'd go with Davis at WR2, draft a WR to eventually replace Beasley, and look to sign a vet WR to a 1 yr deal. I believe Sanders is retiring and I think McKenzie is going to the Giants.
  12. I voted other - status quo. They won the AFC East again and played in 2 playoff games. The offense and Josh Allen played better in this year's playoffs games. The defense really missed Tre White in the Chiefs game allowing 550 yards. Two years ago, the Hail Murray loss to Arizona resonated with the Bills. This past season was a struggle starting with the Pittsburgh game. They finally got on a roll and lost a winnable playoff game. The Bills have some real professionals on their roster and the past season's struggles will bring greater focus.
  13. I suspect Beane will go BPA but guessing WR/CB in first 2 rounds. He usually fills the roster to some degree before the draft to allow flexibility. DT1 is an area where I believe they could handle through free agency. Re-sign Phillips and sign a guy. I think Star may get cut.
  14. I agree that WR is a need. I'd put it as a top 3 need along with CB and IOL. Cap space is an issue and so is CB depth. White is hurt, Wallace is a FA, leaving just Jackson and Johnson. Beane will re-work some contracts to create space but Wallace is gone imo creating a huge hole. My guess is Bills draft a CB in 1st round and maybe sign a vet CB to a short term deal.
  15. I believe improving the run game will be a point of emphasis this off season. OL coach Bobby Johnson leaving the team is no coincidence imo. Why did it take as long as it did to get Ryan Bates into the lineup? Bringing in Kromer should help. I think they'll draft an IOL guy and bring in a RB to challenge Moss for RB2. Maybe they'll do more at RB. CB, IOL and WR seem more pressing needs imo but admit I'm not a big fan of designed runs by Allen.
  16. Who is Spain referring to "bringing in a guy"? Ford?
  17. I honestly believe McD will be more involved going forward. He'll do what Belichick does as you mentioned. He'll become the absolute focal point inside 2 minutes of halftime and end of game.
  18. What happened with the Vikings OL coach Phil Rauscher? I thought he was the Bills new oline coach.
  19. He's been with the Rams from 2017 - 2020 as Oline coach and run game coordinator. Contract was not renewed for 2021.
  20. Sounds pretty bad for Kamara. Curious to see what the Saints do if anything.
  21. I think Wallace is gone. He'll be offered a good contract that the Bills can't/won't match. I could see the Bills signing a veteran CB to a 1 yr deal and drafting a CB in the first 3 rounds. At least I hope that's the plan. They need more speed, size, and athleticism at CB2.
  22. I remember an interview of Beane, at least 2 years ago, where he mentioned timing isn't always right when hiring various coaches. Sometimes your top choice isn't available or the person is available but a coaching position is not. If Bills lose Daboll, I would think McD would want a person with previous NFL OC experience. JMO
  23. I used to agonize over any Bills loss. Replay moments of the game in my head and it would take a few days to work it out. Sunday's game was rough no doubt but I have already flushed it. I'm not happy about it but in the grand scheme of things I had nothing to do with it and there are far more important things in my life. Josh Allen is the best player in the NFL imo. They need to build a better team around him.
