  1. He's too small for me to hear his voice.
  2. The people on this board don't need any prodding to "blast" the Patriots.
  3. I don't know why the fans would want to replace anyone on this team. This team is perfect.
  4. I think that how players respond to this poll says more about them than the player that they're naming as the most overrated. There are many players making more $ and producing less than Tebow. He's at the top of the list for other reasons besides his ability.
  5. 3 of top 5 are DBs on Houston (#1 ranked defense as of this week) 3 of top 5 are DBs on Baltimore (#2) 3 of top 5 are DBs on Pittsburgh (#3) So, I'd say it's a pattern.
  6. Probably needed to consider a throw to the end zone there as well given the situation in the game. The play they ran is probably the worst one to call, imo.
  7. I hope that the Bills are falling into Rex Ryans trap the way the fans are. Forget about Mabyin and focus on the real keys to the game. Maybin is a sideshow.
  8. The Jets will be ready for this game. The have played in many big games over the last two seasons, are used to playing with a high level of emotion (see win over NE in the playoffs) and are coming off a bye week. In addition, they match up pretty well against the Bills. Buffalo will also be ready for this game but I can't envision a Bills blowout.
  9. My thoughts exactly. I still think that if the Bills had a more explosive kick returner they would look a lot better.
  10. It's easy to see why Maybin has such bad feelings towards the Bills. He produced big time for them while he was in Buffalo and was only paid a few peanuts for his contribution. Wait...
  11. The AP article says that Hairston and Levitre are expected to split time at LT and that Levitre has a shoulder injury....
  12. The complex Jets defense may not be the team to start a semi-injured rookie at left tackle against. The Bills may be better off with Levitre there for one more week.
  13. Well, if your list goes back to the 2000 team then you'd better make room for Ted Washington, Pat Williams, Ruben Brown, John Fina, Phil Hansen and Marcellus Wiley IMO. Also, you should add some special teams players. I vote for Moorman and Christie as punter and a kicker, and Parrish and McGee and punt and kick returners.
  14. It's always the same BS. First, the Bills can't win with Fitz... now they are winning. If the make the playoffs it will be "He can lead them to the playoffs but not a championship". The only way that he will shut people up is to do it. Fitzpatrick is better than several QBs that have won Super Bowls, so yes he can do it. PS- Ryan Fitzpatrick went to Harvard?
  15. I don't think that Moats or Batten can play 4-3 OLB with extensive coverage responsibilities. Ditto Merriman or Johnson or whomever they throw out there. I'm also not sure that Barnett is stout enough for 4-3 MLB (maybe). I agree that the DL is better suited to a 4-3 than 3-4. Hence the current "hybrid". Also, I really don't think that it matters which alignment they play. They need to be better individually and more creative in their rush schemes to get anywhere. That's the real problem
  16. Given their respective histories one would think that Morrison would be getting snaps ahead of Davis, who is seeing considerable playing time. Also, Moats should've been playing OLB all year except he's "too small" and given the season he's having maybe Wilson should've been starting ahead of Whitner a long time ago. There are many other examples of players not getting the playing time that they appear to deserve. Not to mention the possibility that Morrison has an undisclosed injury. Your post is far to simplistic, as should be obvious.
  17. If this were only true...
  18. You people are WAY off. The Bills are all set at OLB. That's what Nix said.
  19. If the offseason rehab appears to go well then the Bills will probably bring him in and give him a chance to compete. He will be on a very short leash though since keeping him on the roster would be expensive. I doubt he makes it and the Bills need to finally start planning like he won't make it. That's my one objection to the way this was handled. I'm ok with taking a risk on the guy and giving him a chance, but there was no plan B. The Bills should've been planning for him not making instead of repeatedly saying that they were all set at OLB. The didn't draft a single OLB last season. That was crazy.
  20. Very reasonable. Johnson should be next since Jackson's deal will probably be the trickiest.
  21. Well he appears to be in better health than Shawn Merriman and he got another chance.
  22. Probably would not be a bad idea. OK then. It's up to Kelsay now. I know.
  23. When is the last time you saw Gailey do that??? I would be shocked to see many (any?) two TE formations. I think that the Bills wills start out with their regular offense and go from there. If Levitre is having trouble then maybe Chandler or back to his side to help but that's it.
  24. I think it's free as in without somebody trying to block it.
