I agree the standing Buffalo mid sixties uniforms are the best ! I am old enough to remember the original ones.. At the time i didnt realize it , but they certainly were like the Lions.. Ralph , being from Detroit , probably had a bias.. but the silver helmet , in a way , was kind of classic in retrospect.. Great minds think alike!

Thank you! like a few oldtimers on here, i attended my first game with my father at WMS in 1960 as an 8 yr old .and loved every inch, smell of the old place! When the Bisons came back in 1979 to play AA ball in the eastern league , went just because it gave me a chance to go to WMS again. Growing up in south Buffalo. i was able to ride my bike to the regency in Blasdell to watch them in camp.. again.. thanks for posting!

IMHO, I thought officiating was questionable in the last three games . when the season started it seemed refreshing that officiating didnt seem an issue , but as the season wore on, more flags.. and at crucial times in the previous three games/.

TJ Graham.. Russell Wilson was there.. i know shoulda coulda .. maybe it was Torell Troupe , but one of those two guys we took ahead of Wilson. but we seemed to miss alot.. Donte Whitner , wont bore .. we all know .. but still; haunts to an extent

Back in the day, (73 -74) it was the only bar really in the vicinity of the stadium.. tailgating was nothing back then like it is now, my buddies and me would go in there , place was overwhelmed with people. , just a small bar , with a back room.. it really evolved , to say the least sorry to hear of the passing of the owner , cant remember his name maybe rudy? could be wrong
