  1. Voted yes to #2 with the Giants. There's just too much smoke for there not to be a fire.
  2. Sad day - my first rave was in NYC where he performed on New Year's Eve. A 4-hour set... got me hooked on EDM for a while.
  3. Well, Gen Z are the ones that are eating Tide pods, so....
  4. Don't have the stats on-hand, but isn't he better in the elements?
  5. I would go with the QB of the defense, MLB. As the GOAT, he should have knowledge of every single position, and basically be a terror all over the field for opposing offenses. Similar to how a great QB elevates an entire offense, a great MLB should be able to do the same on the defensive side.
  6. Honestly, Darnold scares me. The internet tells me he has the weakest arm out of the top 6 QB, and I do want a QB with arm strength that's at least competitive. Josh Rosen all day for me.
  7. The other part of this equation is that Sam Darnold & his agents at CAA would not have agreed to the private workout if they weren't convinced the Bills had a legitimate chance to pick him within the top 5 picks. Heard something on Good Morning Football on NFL network this am to this effect.
  8. Conner McGregor goes where he wants, because he's Conner McGregor.
  9. It's amazing. A slippery slope, since I told myself when I got it that I won't modify it... and now I spend half my day looking at upgrades, air filters, exhaust systems, etc... By itself, a dangerously fast car. Fun as hell, especially on the California scenic drives.
  10. 2013 Cadillac CTS-V Able to get 14 mpg combined highway/city. Blame my right foot.
  11. I thought the same about Blaine Gabbert when he was on Jon Gruden's QB camp a few years ago. Shows you what I know...
  12. I'd recommend one of these 3, if you're looking for the "best" (in my opinion). Also, if you need some winery suggestions, happy to oblige. Per Jim's point, Napa will tend to be snobbier than Sonoma... but if you know where to look, there are a ton of great, small-production wineries where you can get some great 1-1 attention, and some even better wine. Bardessono in Yountville http://bardessono.com/ Auberge Du Soleil https://aubergedusoleil.aubergeresorts.com/ Meadowood (which is also home to the 3-michelin star restaurant, the Restaurant at Meadowood) http://www.meadowood.com/ Other people would also include the Carneros Resort, and Calistoga Ranch.
  13. Watched season 1, got a few episodes into season 2 and then gave up on it. I blame my ADD.
  14. Haven't read the full thread, but here's my suggestion. Move to Piedmont - basically the same city, but different jurisdiction, different police force. If you're in Oakland Hills already (guessing Montclair?), then it wouldn't be much of a change. Then, you'll have the opportunity to mass CC another police force.
  15. I've been dating a Pats* fan for the past 7 years... and her favorite player is Vince Wilfork You learn to deal with it.
  16. Watched the whole thing - don't want to spoil anything, but this season is entirely scripted towards the origin of Daredevil (you won't see the red suit till the last episode).
  17. When I moved to NYC, I already had a strong dislike of the Jets. However, because the Giants beat the Pats twice in super bowls during that time, I also grew to kind of like the Giants, so a mix of #1 and #3. Now that I've moved to San Francisco, I couldn't give to sh!ts about the 49ers, so my answer is now #4. All depends on circumstance.
