Just finished watching the 1st half (had to DVR it due to a prior commitment)....pretty ugly...I predicted 5-11 on another thread and wondering if that was too generous....crap...I was pretty excited about their chances this year.

Buffalothrumyveins - you're doomed.....here's the good news - get healthy and you can enjoy being frustrated by the Bills an extra 20 or so years...assuming they stay in Bflo that long....

I haven't watched the entire game yet but know he lead the O for two TD's in the 3rd quarter. Was that against TB's starting D or their 2nd stringers? I couldn't tell listening to the game on Sirius.

Making professional football players run wind sprints as punishment seems a little bit like "high school Harry" crap to me....I hope he's not going to lose the team....

My neighbor here in Richmond is a Pittsburgh native and is at the game - he just texted me - "boy, the Bills still stink..." So I asked how EJ looked - he said not too good. I just don't think he's the answer at QB.....Hope I'm wrong.

My dad and mom along with about 300 other Buffalo families moved to Charlotte in 1978 when Gold Bond Buildling Products packed up and left WNY. Township Grill was the place he went every Sunday to watch the Bills until it closed. How long has Lebowski's been open? My mom still lives there but has never mentioned that place....

That's fine PTR - I really didn't know, don't live in the area and don't spend time following the Sabre's except for the occassional game that may be on national TV....I'm just going by the record.

Stupid question here but what exactly has Pegula's ownership of the Sabre's done for them? I ask because that may give some indication of what he'd do as the Bills owner. I mean, I hope like hell the team stays in WNY but at some point the owner needs to spend the cash to help the team on the road to winning. If the team is going to continue on the current path I'm not so sure fans will continue to support them....

Unfortunately it doesn't matter what the fans believe....and like I told my 19 year old son who has basically only known pain from rooting for the Bills - if they go another 7 seasons without making the playoff's we'd be darn lucky to be rid of them....

Over-rated? You're kidding right? If any pure special teams player makes it to the HOF it will be Tasker. Back to the Dragonborn 10's premise - could Tasker start at WR in today's game? I think he could but I don't think he'd be at the level of a Wes Welker.

Beggar - I didn't get the impression from the Sun article that there is any obligation for the buyer to be compelled to sell to the highest bidder. It also sounds like there are other factors besides offer price that count in the decision....

Pretty awesome speech - particularly the part about playing in January.....the team certainly has emotional tail winds pushing it towards a terrific season....

I thought I had read that he did NOT dip or chew tobacco....I must admit, as someone who has dipped off and on (mostly on) for 35 years this has scared the heck out of me....tough to quit though, so tough....God watch over Jim Kelly and his family.... I think Roswell is primarily a cancer research center so maybe that's why he and his family elected to go to SK....

The Bills had only played three total games as a franchise when I was born and yes, I flinched when I read the title to this thread....I just had to look....uggg....

Miami playoff game in the snow (already mentioned here) and a Bills-Eagle's game at the Ralph in '94 or '95 when Reed caught a long TD in the 1st Q. That was the last game I attended with my Dad. Reed was a great great player and it's terrific to see him get the recognition he deserved.

For the love of God, let him in!
