  1. Truly one of the softest schedules I've ever seen. Still, 15-2 tops. They're a really good squad but they aren't perfect record good.
  2. Brady has thrown off the calculus for everyone. Nobody used to question why a 38 year old QB was getting worse.
  3. I have this weird sense of calm that he'll win multiple SBs for us, and that the first one will be within the next couple seasons. He was the best player in last year's playoffs despite only playing two games. The whole world could see that. Somehow he's gone and made yet another leap in his game since then.
  4. There was something about the ref's body language when he was telling Josh to give him the ball that irks me, like he had a bone to pick with him, thus the non-call. Like a nerdy hall-monitor being given power over the jock. I mean, if you think about the scrutiny that RTP is under right now and the fact that it happened like 3 feet from that ref...is it really possible that he missed what 100% of people watching in real time saw?
  5. He's a weak link on the offense and I think you'll see Shakir getting more of those snaps as trust grows. That said, there's no need for mockery. He's had some really cool moments for the Bills. Who knows if he'll make a critical play in a big spot in the playoffs?
  6. The 4:25 national game actually feels more like primetime than SNF for some reason.
  7. There will be a few frustrating moments with Von on the sidelines but he's 33 and if we limit him to 30-35 snaps a game he'll be more effective when it really matters in the playoffs.
  8. I was convinced that we needed the turnover to win. 1:04 with two timeouts and 4 down territory all the way down the field is a perfect script for Mahomes.
  9. Yeah let's see him do it against us.
  10. Taron Johnson now has 5 career INTs. 3 of them have been game enders in enormously important games.
  11. There are SO many fans on here who think that you're going to stop teams like the Chiefs from moving the ball for the whole game and call for coaches getting fired on every 3rd down conversion. Holding the Chiefs to 20 points on two TD drives is an A+.
  12. The GameDay Thread that never gave up.
  13. Hahahahahahahaha. Stupid is as stupid does. Betting against Josh ***** Allen.
  14. Glad they didn’t concede the TD to get the ball back?
  15. It’s one of those things that we’re probably overall better without and yet one of those things that can also be enjoyed responsibly based on the person so I can’t really say thatI’m against it.
  16. That would certainly dominate the NFL conversation for the subsequent week. By the time a playoff rematch arrives people will remember 13 seconds more clearly. It was an all time game plain and simple.
  17. It’s the position Beane has swung and missed on the most. Getting it right this year with Settle, Jones and J. Phillips may just get us over the line.
  18. People would still say that we beat them last year in the regular season too. The Bills just need to play their game every week and not care about that type of posturing.
  19. Absolutely. In my early 20’s I was one of those fans who would let a bad result ruin the next couple days and I’d experience genuine rage at particularly bad results. And this was during the drought years when there was a lot of that. I needed to have the realizations that a) none of this was in my control and b) relying on something out of my control to generate positive feelings like pride and fulfillment is a waste of my time.
  20. As far as I can tell people are getting more snowflakey about the cancellation boogeyman than people having a problem with what Aikman said.
  21. We gotta run the touchdown play where Josh throws it far and a Bill catches it.
  22. We’re hosting KC in January.
  23. So this is really cool and I applaud the work. Want to say that first. I think the flaw is the amount of sample size you’d need for it to be meaningful based on the variance in how points get scored and then the way rosters get churned during off seasons. In other words you’re only getting 17 games per team when you probably need hundreds to approach reliability in forecasting anything. And then trying to achieve that data over the course of multiple seasons becomes useless when the players change teams en masse.
