  1. MLB package sucks for one reason, the blackouts. If you are in Buffalo you are blacked out for Yankee, Mets, Guardians, Blue Jays, and Pirates games. It's ridiculous. I would never buy it unless I knew what my blackout situation was.
  2. I'm pumped to get back into a manual. Got an order in for a new manual M2 (that looks like an M3 to me in the video). Can't wait for that baby to arrive in a few months...or a year. And yeah, it is definitely an anti-theft device at this point.
  3. Yes, I am serious about Miley Cyrus. Just watch how she turns the crowd at the Chris Cornell memorial concert. They were skeptical too. Janis and Aretha are my other favorites.
  4. Metallica - One Guns N Roses - November Rain Tool - Sober A-ha - Take on Me OK Go - The Writing's on the Wall
  5. Just a couple of points on this. 1. Larry wasn't very good at 3s the first few seasons of his career, impacting his career %. His year 6-9 are all over 40%, one being 42.7% from 3, another 42.3%. Breaking 40% 6 times in his career. Dirk only did it 5 times in a much longer, healthier career. His high was 42.1% 2. Larry injured his back in his prime (while he was 4 consecutive seasons over 40%), what could have been if he stayed healthy. But he didn't. 3. Larry played in a different time when 3 pointers we not nearly as much as a focus. Fewer attempts, fewer plays to get open for them, etc. Dirk is the man and a fantastic all time-great, but IMO, Larry was just a tad better. Now, go look at Steph's 3 point numbers and see who the real GOAT is. Amazing.
  6. No, that's Steph. Larry was pretty silky smooth though. Just watch one of his 3 Point Contest wins. For his size he is probably the best, but there are better guards. Shame his career was impacted relatively early by his back problems.
  7. 1:15 - 2:49 Duane's solo before he passes it on to Dickey Betts. This is Duane's last solo recording, shortly before his death. Symbolizing passing the torch to Betts. My personal favorite solo of all time. Keep listening and you can hear how a master can just slide into a rhythm role effortlessly after a killer solo.
  8. This episode in particular I found hilarious:
  9. Not as scary as this....they say space is constantly expanding. That would mean that there would have to be some sort of end or boundary for it if it is expanding, right? Well, what the hell is on the other side of that boundary? Exactly!
  10. Hits a little different when that year comes when you are 39 years old.
  11. Yawn, another tool who actually thinks he knows more than guys who have been involved in coaching/team building in the NFL for decades. I'm sure you're an expert WebMD doctor too.
  12. Working too much is so stupid, unless you truly enjoy working of course. Life is too short, do what makes you happy, not what makes some rich dude even richer. Nothing I regret more than wasting my twenties working 60+ hours a week salaried for a Billion dollar corporation that didn't give a crap about any of us, despite their persistent claims of being a family.
  13. My understanding is that it is a shell of its former self. Killed by the interstate, most of the cool stuff is now out of business and a lot of it is just gone.
  14. You mean because our QB injured his elbow and couldn't accurately make those throws any longer with additional strain on an injured elbow? What a coincidence.
  15. Exactly. I have an M240, its fast as hell. I've never raced anybody on the streets in 5 years of owning it. I have, however, took it up to 120 on the highway during the day without another car in sight (thank you 990). It could have easily kept going, but that was plenty enough for me on a public highway.
  16. You can't get a corvette for 100k anymore unfortunately. They have gone supercar (albeit the best value in supercars). Sports car under 100k i'm taking an M3 all day. It will smoke a GT Mustang on any track.
  17. Not a teammate. Chandler was a woman staffer. The teammate that died was a passenger.
  18. Sad. Who the hell races an Expedition and Trackhawk? Stupid and sad.
  19. 1 of 32 teams win each year. Some of y'all need to calm the F down. Some of you seemingly think 31 coaches should be fired every year.
  20. Yep, accuracy in the short/medium game after the injury was alarmingly off. Everyone misses some throws, but it was clear to me that this was more than the normal amount after that injury. Here's to a full off-season recovery and sneaking up on a lot of folks next season who have written us off as second tier to KC and Cin.
  21. So they can scam your friends.
  22. Not quite sure how well he plays with an average line, probably just fine. But I can say that he is my absolute favorite QB personality besides Josh. Love his temperament, answers to media, how his teammates react to him. He is naturally what Joe Burrow is so desperately trying to be.
  23. They are, by definition, a losing proposition. Otherwise, they wouldn't be in business. You are paying for piece of mind. If you can afford to replace the item you should never get an extended warranty. If you cannot, then the piece of mind may be worth it. I'm buying them for my cars almost every time knowing I probably won't need it and am wasting the money, but perfectly fine with it knowing there is no chance I'm going to have to drop $25k on a new engine or my $50k car is worthless.
