  1. I’d go with 1) Watson 2) Mills 3) Taylor
  2. So I invested the 45m. I think I learned as much about Zach Moss as I did about Josh Allen.
  3. These interviews are so disappointing. Why don't they ask more "non touchy feely" questions like. So Diggs, on that first deep pass to you where you were wide open, did the wind take the ball, did you expect it over the other shoulder or was it just a miss? Or so Diggs, on that seam route down the middle at the goal line, was that pass interference? and speaking of pass interference, so Diggs, when you got the DPI called were you surprised, because your body language suggested it was OPI? Instead we get, so how's your relationship with T-Bass.... Argghh...
  4. Was thinking about this and how this has to be the golden years for the Bills. Consider the "gauntlet of rookie and first year/young QBs they face" 1. Big Ben ... Last legs 2. Tua .. Fragile ribs 3. Heinicke .. Journeyman 4. Mills .. 2nd string 5. Mahommes .. throwing Sept picks 6. Tannenhill .. Got Julio, but AJ is now dinged. 7. Tua .. 8. Lawrence .. Welcome to the NFL rookie 9. Wilson .. J-E-S-T-S 10. Wentz .. Hobbling on two bad wheels 11. Winston .. The pick machine 12. Jones .. Mac and Geez 13. Brady .. Father Time 14. Darnold .. Remaking his career 15. Jones .. 16. Ryan .. Old and no Julio 17. Wilson
  5. I want Gronk to have 3 TDs and 150 yards. I want NE fans to understand the pain. Rooting for Gronk expires promptly at 1600 EST.
  6. I know the media will focus on Brady vs Belichick this week. Here is what I am hoping for and will be rooting for. I want to see Gronkowski go OFF on NE. I want Gronk to have 3 TDs and 150 yards. I want NE fans to feel what it is like to lose to that TE. I want Gronk running wild on them. I want them helpless to cover and stop him and know the havoc he can wreck on defenses. They are all focused on Brady coming back. They are sleeping on Gronk and they shouldn't be..
  7. Not mention Waddle gets credit for a -1 yard reception and Brissett get credit for a -1 yard completion. That works out to a 79.17 QBR for the play. Another play rarely if ever before seen in the NFL was this one in Cards game. Ref's flag hits ball on punt sending it careening away..
  8. He had a beautiful catch on 3rd and long to start the game...
  9. All I know is what my eyes see watching a play with poor camera angles. Angles that only track the position of the ball. Teams are not running up the middle on the Bills and getting routinely to the LBs and Safeties. Is that Star or is it a combination of Star and Oliver playing better? I think it is both. I strongly suspect Weeks 5 and 6 will answer this definitively.
  10. I don't think they need to pull him off IR immediately. Wait a week and see if someone gets hurt..
  11. Holy locker room distraction Batman!
  12. The case in point was Justin Tucker missed two FGs. And that dude is about as automatic as there is in the history of the game.
  13. I was listening to Greg Rosenthal's podcast on my way home today. He was spouting some advanced analytics that suggested that a good super bowl indicator is teams that smash the opponents they should smash. My interpretation. The Bills smashing the WFT was a good portend, the Ravens kicking a 66 yarder to sneak by the Lions was a bad portend of the team's chances of playing in February. Not sure I agree or disagree, but I did find it interesting enough to drop it in here.
  14. Beware the Ravens... They are playing like this with seemingly a third of their team on IR/covid. They have played three cardiac kid games in a row winning two of them. This is what builds character in the NFL. They are the toughest out in the league right now.
  15. Sure.. Why not.. Next contract up. Market rarely goes the other way.
  16. He’s an entertainer and he’s entertaining. I simply don’t get why people don’t see that. He sets his tiers up as a segment of the show. It’s intentionally controversial to get a lively debate going. He’ll be eating a little crow today because a good chunk of the top tiers lost and the fringe teams all won. If he had the Bills on the top tier, everyone would love the guy. But he is first and foremost a Patty Mahommes fanboy. If you watch him weekly you will see that he is slowly but surely giving Allen and Buffalo recognition. He still gets his digs and swipes in, but they are far less barbarous than they used to be. Josh and Buffalo need to knock off the Chiefs before he will ever give full props to Josh.
  17. We walked in at 1115a. Smooth. Quick check of CDC card and Id. No issues at that time whatsoever. Stadium was completely full by 1p start. So people heeded the warning and left tailgating early to get in.
  18. Should be fun watching Nicky Wright tomorrow... They were teasing him on Friday that the Chiefs could be in last place looking up at the 3-0 teams. He was having none of it, of course. This was almost a perfect weekend. TB12 lost, AFC-E outside of B'flo lost, Pitt lost, KC lost. Could have used a Titans and Ravens loss too, but I guess some teams need to win. Poor Indy. Their season is swirling the bowl.
  19. QB Play Around the AFC-E today Comp-Att, Yds, TDs, Ints, QBR Josh Allen 32-43, 358, 4, 0, 129.8 Jacoby Brissett 32-49, 215, 0, 0, 74.8 Mac Jones 30-51, 270, 1, 3, 55.2 Zach Wilson 19-35, 160, 0, 2, 42.6
  20. The other special teams gaff today was Bass kicking out of bounds the second half kickoff.
