So, should I have asked are the Bills a dumpster fire? If I do it ignores the fact that the Bills have had very successful teams and eras. It discounts that history along with the comparison to other sports franchises. The question calls for thoughts and ideas relevant to all of these factors. Is there an element of misery in the question, yes. It’s very appropriate given the results of the team.

This is a discussion board is it not? No need to make the topic personal as it is a legitimate question. There are franchises that have clearly done much better, should we not aspire to what they have achieved? A little dramatic, no?

Look I know the topic is likely to prompt a lot of emotion but it it is a legitimate question. No doubt the Bills have had a few good years. However, even in the Kelly “dynasty” the loss of four consecutive SB’s hangs over the luster of all else accomplished in that period. There was also the early AFL days, prior to the merger and SB, where the Bills had some very good teams. Outside of these two eras there are a range of results with not many years being considered good or excellent. What are your thoughts?

Thirsty for $64,000 worth of quench should be. People are often shocked that highly paid athletes go broke. This is a case and point of why they should not be.

The seasons I share with a buddy at the cap are behind the opposing bench so there are always opposing fans there. If they smile, exchange some banter and otherwise act decent I don’t care how vocal or into they are. You can have back and forth fun with those people. However, putting hands on someone in an uninvited manner is not cool and not acceptable. So you and I have bumped into each other at games....I really didn’t think you would call me out like that....

The Bills are lucky to have Kyle Williams, plain and simple.

I’ve said this ever since I lived in LA, it is not an NFL town. First, teams have been in and out. Second, there are too many other forms of entertainment. The NFL needs to be careful to not overplay its hand by trying to seed its product in places where it is not strong at the expense of small markets like Buffalo where it has an insanely loyal fan base.

This is sad and what is even more disgusting is that he may start on Sunday.

There is no way this coaching staff can pass themselves off as being credible if they start Nathan Peterman. The guy has been nothing short of a turnover machine and disaster in all of his starts.

Harrison was drafted to be a part of the answer to replace Kyle Williams and he looks the part. Lorax is good but you do have to believe age will catch him at some point, IMO he is replaceable. It’s still early to see how consistent Phillips may be but he may be resigned by the club, Gaines and Yarbrough are more like rotational players that are replaceable. Phillips may be the only name on that list that the Bills aggressively pursue. Keep in mind they do have a ton of cap space next year and a good number of draft picks.

Peterman should be cut after this game. Time to end the misery.
