  1. At this point I don't even want him to win it. So much nonsense had been spewed about this, a lot of it with racial undertones, that if he does end up the MVP, he's never going to get credit for it and many of these same idiots on tv will take every opportunity to mention that "he didn't deserve it back in '24 anyway". Let yet another snub fuel the fire. It's worked for him before.
  2. If "see what you did there" means accurately posting the Bills record vs the NFC this season, then yes, I see it too.
  3. Still waiting on a Bills themed vuvuzela.
  4. It's not high on the list of reasons but the Bills winning it all this season after he forced himself out because he didn't think they could do it would be pretty satisfying.
  5. I often wonder what kind of stats Allen would put up with a receiving group like some of the stronger ones in the league (Bengals, Eagles, Rams, etc) in an offense that prioritizes the passing game.
  6. He used to play on the penguins when they won the cup a few years back. HBK line with Phil Kessel
  7. Eight receptions on 7 targets. Eat your heart out Khalil Shakir.
  8. Small sample size, but he seems to be one of the few coaches that can slow down Allen. Wish he'd just go back to managing his pizza shops in Chicago.
  9. The article last year wasn't exclusively negative. People criticizing it either haven't read it or are of the pompom-wearing contingent of this fanbase. And in many cases, both. I appreciate Dunne's work because he actually puts some effort into his content. He isn't just a fan with press credentials who is more worried about job security than honest reporting.
  10. He's never going to be a separation guy. That was never the expectation. At least I hope it wasn't. Hoping he can develop into a bully type receiver that makes those contested catches more often than not. There's value in that.
  11. That sucks for all 35 of them.
  12. Nintendo 64? Nintendo 64!!!
  13. I can picture him getting the sack late in the 4th quarter Sunday then tearing his quad celebrating. Would be an appropriate end to his time here.
  14. In the last 4 playoff defeats (chiefs x 3, bengals), the defense (which has been more talented on paper than this year's version) has: - zero interceptions - two fumbles - six forced punts Everyone is entitled to their opinion but some of us choose to live in reality. Other than that one strong game against Lamar for three quarters, this defense is atrocious against good QBs. And before you say it, no, not every defense is that bad against Mahomes/Burrow.
  15. I have zero confidence in this defense and the guy running it when it comes to the playoffs. The turnover luck will have to continue and Josh will continue to have zero margin for error for the Bills to have a chance. It's a big ask.
  16. It was eclipsed when Allen threw the TD to Davis with 13 seconds left around 3 years ago. But that moment was fleeting. That was our best shot at winning the whole thing.
  17. I could be wrong but I don't think the nature of the 17th game has been finalized as of yet. No guarantee that it will be Philly.
  18. I don't think KC will want to rest their players for two straight weeks when they're finally playing their best football of the year. Miami is playing a Jets team with half the roster running for the bus. Obviously anything can happen, but I'd be surprised if it wasn't Miami.
  19. Looking like the Dolphins on wild card weekend. Curious as to what others think about this. Famous last words, but that was my ideal matchup for the Bills in first round. I get the whole "hard to beat a team 3 times in one season" thing but we match up well against them, especially if it's cold. And there might be a bit of a psychological advantage there as well. Don't want any part of the Bengals and the Broncos are unpredictable.
  20. The Bills and Panthers should just merge at this point.
  21. I'm afraid that your friend Mathis... Is really my friend Mathis.
  22. If we're going to use it when it doesn't work in Allen's favour then we should use it in instances like this as well: Wins are not a QB stat.
  23. Even though he was the head coach, Chan Gailey was the de facto OC here and after seeing how much he was able to get out of baby hands Fitz, I wonder what he could do with a talent like Josh. DC would be Schwarz.
  24. EDGE is a quick reference to our old QB Edge Manuel
  25. Nowhere near goat status. Don't think he'd even crack a top 25 list.
