  1. Well-thought out and informed post as usual, OP. My only concern would be trading next year's first rounder. I feel that should be the only real untouchable piece on this team. I think the BIlls are going to suck quite badly next season. That that pick might be worth a bounty, assuming we end up with the QB of the future in a couple of weeks.
  2. Anytime I think I need to just quit this board, a brilliant post like this brings me back. I wasn't expecting a complete play-by-play. This made my day. As for fights, I've punched myself in the face many a Sunday at about 4:10pm. Does that count?
  3. Or it's just that this line was so awful that teams never blitzed us and still got right to the qb. Luckily we had a guy who could mask these deficiencies with his mobility. You saw what happened when you had a pocket qb in there. I'll say it until the cows come home..you people don't know how good we had it with Tyrod. He did all that could be asked for and more with this porous line, awful coaching and JV receiver group. Next year is not going to be pretty. Be prepared.
  4. His legacy here will be how he exposed how dumb most Bills fans are. Awful coaching, practice squad receivers and a line that constantly gave up pressure despite rarely seeing a blitz, yet almost everyone wanted him gone. McDumbass had every break go his way this year but will soon be clapping his way out of town. Beane loves draft picks, not talent. This team will struggle to get to 5 wins next season and is likely drafting high in 2019 unless they foolishly trade that pick. Oh well.. What's another 17 years?
  5. Team doctors are probably pushing him to retire due to those concussion tests. They really need to customize them though. This meathead would get them wrong even if he was fully healthy.
  6. He probably did it himself and forgot. He's the quintessential shiza-fer-brains so it's possible
  7. He played for the Bills. There's hours of material with just that.
  8. The 5 year old has been oddly silent about this. Perhaps there's more to the story.
  9. Forget about the Super Bowl. Tell us more about this important week you have coming up.
  10. This is painful to watch. Who knows what would have happened if Benjamin didn't take that stupid penalty.
  11. Perhaps. I'm still pissed about his penalty. That pretty much cost the Bills the game.
  12. That was a completely unnecessary and disgusting play by Fowler. You can end someone's career like that. Guy should be suspended long term.
  13. The mouthbreathers are out in full force tonight. I hope he's back with a forward thinking offensive coach, a decent receiver or two and a line that can pass block. That's probably not going to happen though so if he's gone, next year is going to be a write-off.
  14. Completely agree. He might be a nice guy, but he's just another loser coach who'll flame out here soon enough. This likely was his peak here.
  15. He's alright. Can't seem to stay healthy. Not sure I'd sign him long term
  16. There's many. My favourite, however, is that deep pass to Clay in Atlanta while on the run. You can count on one hand how many QBs can make that throw.
  17. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad. Unfortunately, wilful ignorance has always been somewhat celebrated and extends beyond sports. Keeping people dumb benefits those at the top. Colts game too
  18. It's starting to make sense now. You have decided what side you stand on and nothing will make you change your mind because "it's my opinion and this is America and it's my right" Little things like receivers, scheme and protection do not matter because "Tyrod sucks. And he sucks because he doesn't throw into tight windows (he does), he doesn't throw guys open (he does) and you can't win with him (you can)"
  19. You need to understand that this didn't happen. This is what I mean when I say it's the not-so-bright fans who are at the front of the Anti-Tyrod short bus.
  20. I honestly don't even remember what it felt like the last time the Bills were in the playoffs because it's been so long so it has to be yesterday. Boyd catching it then actually scoring when I was just happy he got the first down..can't recall ever feeling like that. Wish I could bottle that up and experience it again.
  21. Can't argue with that. Honestly, this team isn't very good top to bottom. Even compared to some other Bills teams over the last 17 years. But they've been opportunistic and have had some breaks go their way. But after all this time, they're due for some good fortune. Let's hope that carries into this coming Sunday.
  22. It's going to be a very difficult game. Really think people are underrating the Jaguars. Caldwell has done a great job amassing talent that even a goof like Marrone can look like a competent coach.
  23. NFL GMs are stupid for the most part. Why would I care what they would do? Unlike you I am quite secure about my knowledge of football and don't need to reach for the "appeal to authority" approach.
