  1. We need more of this not less. People need to be held accountable for spreading information that is either incorrect or been edited to push an opinion but is presented as fact. In particular ‘media’ people need to be held to a much higher standard than they are now.
  2. Uh, he is 6’3”, every inch counts! That’s what...oh never mind.
  3. If Love and Williams look good and AJ, what about flipping Murphy? Might have to eat some of his salary, but if you could free up $5 mil and get back a 5 round or later pick, i would do it.
  4. Inconsistent and not great at downing punts inside the 10 when he needs to.
  5. True. But they do keep trying to bring in competition. I firmly believe in the staff and FO. I just don’t think there is a bunch of better options at punter. Stinks. Maybe next year they draft one in a later round.
  6. ? Pats fan. This poster is a Pats fan. ?
  7. A good guy and helped us win a few along the way. Wish him all the best. Now let’s kick some Bass! ok, lame dad joke.
  8. Eh, we’ve had two coaches quit over the past 20 years and we are just fine. Sounds like the marketing department needs to find a Beane and McDermott.
  9. Edelman likes lives so much he paid to have one made about himself. Edelman is the Sandy Lyle of the sports world. He is a shart.
  10. Pretty close. I think some fans see Tre like Dawkins, this isn’t going to be the case. Tre is waiting because he believes every year he waits means a bigger deal. The new adjusted salary cap is going to make everything interesting.
  11. What are you basing this on? I like Tre and think he is top 2-3 CB’s in the game. Nothing I have seen says he will be giving home team discounts. Just my gut, but if the Bills want to keep Tre; it’s going to be because he is the highest paid and probably by whatever is the standard increase, if there is one. I also think Beane will get it done if Sean wants it done.
  12. Why? He didn’t wish anyone in particular any physical harm. I don’t think it’s wrong to wish the cheaters to lose. They are cheaters, the league has punished them for cheating. Good riddance. I hope they spend the next 20 years fighting to not finish last. as for Gilmore. I hope he plays so we can watch the ‘Gilmore Glance’ when Brown burns him again. I use to hate watching Gilmore do that when he was a Bill, I love watching it now. He is a great talent but his attitude has never been anything to write home about.
  13. When Williams was signed and reading through his history it appeared if he was allowed to just focus on RT he might get back to pro bowl form. Have an all Oklahoma right side of the line.
  14. Threads like this are helping to build up my excitement. Thank you OP. Need the weather to get a little cooler to help that fall feeling sneak in, and the calendar flip to September. This really could be a special season.
  15. Jake would beat Barkley out in a typical preseason, I have no doubt. He may still. We know what Barkley is. Fromm’s floor is Barkley, who knows what his ceiling is.
  16. Classy good man. Beat it!
  17. Don’t want to pick nits with you, since you brought it up, shouldn’t a Vet with plenty of experience called a timeout? That play was the game changer. Pat knew how deep the Bills were and that the Pats has been aggressive on ST’s. Leaders take a stand. That block could of been prevented by a timeout.
  18. We can agree to disagree on this one. It was backed up this week on a special teams pod cast for Locked on Bills. I trust the host, Joe Moreno, and my eyes. The host was answering a question about Gilliam and could he replace DiMarco. Gilliam has a ton on special team experience at Toledo. Joe made the comment that Pat didn’t grade out well at special teams. What are you basing you assertion that Pat was good at special teams?
  19. So let me get this right, some people on here have now started to be contrarians about Beane? Jeesh, get a grip. He is the best GM the Bills have had since Polian, by far. If you can’t or don’t want to see that, I think that’s a you problem. May want to ask yourself what is YOUR problem?
  20. We got a bunch of very vocal posters who are statisticians. If only it were that easy. Using eyes and stats is the best we can do as fans. Beane, McDermott, and the staff get access to the players on a whole other level. We finally have a staff I can confidently say is way better then anyone’s opinion on here when it comes to player personnel decisions. Harrison might need a little extra time to fully recover. It’s usually a two year period before many players either are comfortable or fully healed.
  21. I think you are right and I think Beane might let the season play out. McD likes his LB’ers. Always had two good one in Carolina in Davis and Keuchly. I think Milano is a tad undersized. Guys like that have a tendency to maybe get dinged up more as their career goes along. Either way I totally trust what Brandon and Sean come up with in regards to LB. V. Joseph is already on the roster, he might be Milano’s replacement.
  22. Not really. You don’t think this staff knows its players?
  23. Biggest loss to the Pats this off season was their O-Line coach. Watch how bad that line looks this year and how dysfunctional the locker room gets without Belichick apologists sprinkled on the roster and staff.
  24. I would not be surprised either way when it comes to Milano. I could see Beane trying to lock him up on a fair value contract like Dawkins got for his position. McDermott always had two good linebackers in Carolina in Davis and Keuchly. I can Also see Beane waiting to see how Milano holds up physically this year. Matt got a little dinged up last year. I like Milano and would love to have him back, his size concerns me a little bit the more years he plays. I trust Beane and McDermott to know what’s right with the D.
