Nope, I watched Tyrod with my eyes and knew he was what he was. I said it many times on here. Didn’t need stats to know Tyrod is the perfect backup but not someone you want starting for a season. Heck his last game as a Bill was maybe his worst. It’s all good man. We all have different ways of looking at things. Enjoy. Go Bills!

Wasn’t Barkley a FA pickup mid season in 2018? Nice to hear about Webb. I think he sticks to the practice squad, or maybe the third qb if the staff decides to keep 3. I have a feeling McDermott is going to love Fromm. I also would rather have Fromm as the backup if they only keep 2 quarterbacks. Fromm has one of his best seasons as a true freshman at UGA. Came in for Jacob Eason and never gave the job back. Fromm is built for the backup role. Cool under pressure, limited talent, but smart and likable.

You don’t know me at all. You have zero idea of who I am or my education. Learning isn’t a belief but to think stats or books can explain football is a fools errand. It just is. If it was so easy to put some data into a computer through a complicated equation everyone would do it. You can’t just pick players off their physical stats or stats from certain games and say he is better than him. Emotions matter, situations matter, relationships matter. Got to agree. This staff with this talent isn’t losing more than two games in a row. I also don’t that there are that many teams better than the Bills. This staff will take a loss to an inferior team and use it as motivation to refocus the talent assembled.

Nah, I am not into MIT explaining football to me. I won’t actually learn anything from it. The fact YOU can’t explain it in simple terms means it’s a bunch of numbers people use to try and prove points. You have a lot to learn about communication, and relationships. I seem to recall it different than that, but you are probably correct since I wouldn’t give them a click. Personally I don’t value anything from that site positive or negative. I get some of you do, you are welcome to it. Seems to me from what people post here about PFF is they try to sensationalize to get clicks or focus’(pun intended) on stats to a fault. I get younger guys and I would bet most who didn’t play football enjoy it. I enjoy watching games with my eyes and listening to guys I know and trust to pick up on things I missed or to give me another avenue of thought.

Yep, for me it all comes down to how Lamar progresses. If he can’t sit back and pick teams apart, the Ravens will look a lot like they did against Tenn. Tenn has a solid D but figured out the scheme to keep Lamar confused. I think the AFC south has some tough defenses for Lamar to go against. The NFC East has similar physical defenses.

Baltimore will be a .500 team, New England won’t even make it to .500. There are other teams to keep an eye on like Indy and maybe Pitt or Cleveland. Besides KC there isn’t one team In the AFC that’s a tough matchup for the Bills.

My problem is with the mod’s. I got sent a direct message from a mod stating that Covid related topics belong off the main wall. Also this mod deleted factual information I supplied on Covid. The thread was started BY a mod knowing full well what would happen. I don’t like double standards. The mod who started this thread also called a poster a name, unprovoked . Poor etiquette for a mod. The board deserves better. See above response.

This thread shouldn’t be on the main wall anymore. Honestly it never should of been. The fact it was and started by a mod is disappointing.

I am a little worried about Milano. Matt has started to show a little bit of injuries here and there. Couple that with his size and every game/year is more punishment, am keeping my eye on him. He didn’t play great last year while dealing with the hammie.

Flacco doesn’t remind me of a guy who likes to help others. maybe things have changed and he sees the game differently but didn’t he leave Baltimore because he didn’t want to help Lamar? Now having said that, I wouldn’t mind having a proven vet, albeit a beat up and old one, coming in for emergencies. A guy like Flacco, who has won a SB, isn’t going to get nervous coming in late in the game to try and seal a victory. He might get hit once and be on IR, but hey, you can’t have everything.
